A spacious trullo featuring traditional and charming architecture, equipped with every comfort to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 135 square meters, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is located in the countryside of the Itria Valley, just outside Locorotondo, where you can enjoy a completely relaxing vacation and easily explore the surrounding area by car. There is a covered veranda equipped with a table and a wood-fired oven, perfect for dining and relaxing in peace. Parking included!



The 135-square-meter property is located on the first floor of a trullo complex (please note there are two steps at the entrance) and is laid out as follows:



- Kitchen-dining area with dining table, TV, and COOKING AREA equipped with gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, conventional oven, and microwave

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, built-in closet, and en suite BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet, and shower

- BEDROOM II with a double bed in an alcove

- BEDROOM III with a double sofa bed and a dresser

- BEDROOM IV with two single bunk beds and a clothes rack (PLEASE NOTE: this room does not have a door)

- BATHROOM II equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower

- Covered VERANDA with a wood-fired oven, dining table, and chairs.



Note: Please be aware that there are three steps inside between the living area and the sleeping area.



Additional amenities available to guests: three uncovered parking spaces in the garden, UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, 4 fans, mosquito screens, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens are included (with optional changes available for a fee).



The indoor fireplaces are NOT in working order.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Martina Franca.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
