The cozy living area and fully equipped kitchen open onto a large bay window from which you can admire the exceptional views of the countryside and the Pyrenees. Each of the four bedrooms with individual bathrooms enjoys this same fabulous view. The property also features a swimming pool, pool bar, sauna, hammam, four terraces, a pétanque court, and an electric vehicle charging station.

Cleaning :

The sheets, bath towels, and pool towels, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning, are included.

For bookings exceeding 10 days, a full cleaning service during the stay with a change of sheets and towels is included in the price. For shorter stays, the same service can be provided for an additional fee of €200 to be paid on-site.

Security Deposit:

Upon check-in, a credit card imprint of 500 Euros (not charged) will be taken as a security deposit. This amount is intended to cover any potential damages and/or degradation of the property and the furniture and items furnishing the accommodation caused by the occupants, as well as the loss of keys or items. The security deposit will be returned within 24 hours after departure, provided no damages have been observed.
