Every type of room is spacious, comfortable and feels luxurious, the staff is always welcoming, great service at the bar and with in-room dining plus 4 wonderful restaurant/café options on site, it can't be beat! "Great space with tons of character while still feeling modern and very clean. I love the ac/heat mini split, the couches, the gator statues and the free candy! I’d request the complimentary coffee be out before 9am, but noon checkout and coffee every 10 steps (Seattle!) more than compensate. I cannot wait to return to watch another concert of a lifetime (Moonchild changed me! Love love love!) and a comfortable night upstairs to rest and have a nice lazy morning after. Wish I could give it 11...

"I had a charge on my bill from the restaurant. I told them I paid for my dinner but yet they said they watched video of me and my daughter and I never paid cash or card but signed off on my order to charge to my room. I basically was told I was lying to them. Terrible!"

"Every CitizenM property I stayed in was great in the same aspects as this Seattle hotel. Modern, clean, joyful, great staff, with everything one may need. It's a different kind of experience than a traditional hotel, so more traditional travelers may find it awkward, because the concept is completely revamped, and I guess catered to younger guests. It is not a hotel I would choose for a romantic getaway or for a long stay, for example. But for a short business or leisure trip it's a great...

"I wasn’t impressed at check out when I was charged another 20.00 US per night as an extra fee (like a resort fee without a resort). That should have been included in the cost of the hotel when I booked. Hotel was close to all things I wanted to see-very walkable, which I really enjoyed. Limited selection in the hotel restaurant, but good for my first night after travelling."

"Clean, well maintained. Just 2 gripes: the breakfast buffet, which was fine in itself, only had all disposable plates, cups, and utensils. I know this is much easier for the hotel, but it does generate a lot of trash. Other complaint is that electric vehicle charging was listed as an amenity. Got there and was told it is tesla only. "This is a boutique urban hotel. Clever funky design and comfortable beds. Not a lot of frills but definitely had what I wanted and needed. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Room was very clean. Did not use parking or airport shuttle but did take light rail which goes directly to airport and is about 4 blocks from hotel. Hotel is within walking distance of many major points of interest. Would stay there again for sure."
