Two cots and a high chair are also available for children.

Free street parking is available directly in front of the gate for several cars. Pets are welcome upon request. Parties and groups of young people are not allowed. Loud noise is strictly prohibited after 11:00 p.m. The property is step-free. Late check-in (after 10:00 p.m.) is possible for an extra fee. Heating is available for an extra fee. Smoking is permitted indoors except in the dining room and bedrooms. There is parking for motorcycles and bicycles, plus free parking for several cars in front of the house. Complimentary toilet paper, coffee, and dishwasher tablets are provided for the first days. Shower gel, hand soap, hairdryer, games for children and adults, ping pong, darts, barbecue, and a hot tub in the pool and one of the bathrooms are included.
