Tucked away in the Akenza 2 golf residence on the Ourika road (km 10), Villa Naya sits 15 minutes (10 km) from central Marrakech, with the golf course and beach clubs just 5 minutes away. Designed for families and groups of friends (up to 8 guests), it brings together four suites with private bathrooms, a pool, a private jacuzzi and a billiards table. A warm soak at the end of the day, a game of billiards after dinner, breakfast served without a second thought: here, days unfold gently, in a quiet residential neighbourhood where respecting the neighbours is part of the way of life.

Living Spaces
The bright open-plan living area combines a lounge with a Smart TV (Netflix and IPTV) and a large dining table for shared meals. A dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi lets you stay connected when needed, without giving up on your holiday.

Pool & Jacuzzi
The 10 x 4 m private pool, lined with sun loungers, invites long swims in the sun. For pure relaxation, the private jacuzzi seats up to 5 people, perfect at the end of the day.
Heated pool on request (book at least 72h ahead, for the whole stay; pre-heating days are free): €40/day for 1–3 nights, €30/day for 4–6 nights, only €20/day from 7 nights.
Private jacuzzi on request (24–48h ahead so it can be heated): €25/day for 1–3 nights, €15/day for 4–6 nights, FREE from 7 nights.

Service & Dining
Your housekeeper and cook are on site every day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for cleaning and cooking. They can prepare meals at the villa (groceries included):
- Full brunch: €10 per adult
- À la carte lunch or dinner: €15 per adult
- Full board: €20 per adult per day
- Children: half price, free for children under 10

Staff hours: your housekeeper is there from 8 AM to 5 PM and breakfast is served from 9 AM. Sunday is her day off (no housekeeping or meals), unless there is a check-out and a check-in that day for the departure cleaning — her day off then moves to Monday.

Important Details & House Rules
Formalities: in line with Moroccan law, a passport copy for every adult guest must be sent to us at least 24h before arrival.
Visitors: only guests registered on the booking may access the villa. Any outside visitor must be approved in writing at least 24h in advance, with ID; otherwise, visits are not allowed.
Parties & events: strictly forbidden, unless expressly approved in writing by the host.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The villa sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood: please be mindful of the neighbours at all times.
Pets welcome. A refundable pet deposit of €300 is requested when you travel with a pet.
Strictly non-smoking indoors: cigarettes, vapes and shisha are allowed outdoors only. Any breach will be sanctioned and the cleaning costs charged to the guest.
Linen: any towel stained or damaged (sun cream, cosmetics) will be charged €15.

Guest Access
The entire villa is yours exclusively: living area, workspace, kitchen, 4 suites with private bathrooms, games area (billiards, ping-pong), private pool and jacuzzi. Only the pool technical room is reserved for staff.

Other Things to Note
Formalities: in line with Moroccan law, passport copies of all adult guests must be provided at least 24h before arrival. For each booking, you will be asked to confirm the identity of all guests and to sign a rental agreement electronically.
Capacity: 8 guests maximum. Only guests registered on the booking may access the property. Any outside visitor must be approved in writing 24h in advance, with ID.
Tap water is not drinkable.
As the property is located in a hot climate, small insects (mosquitoes, ants, etc.) may occasionally appear despite regular treatments and maintenance. Our team is always available to help.
