  • This Villa offers 3 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room and a kitchen. There are two parking spaces inside the property. Once You arrive here everything is within walking distance. Nearest bars, restaurants and grocery stores are 100 m away. It's possible to swim right in front of the house or couple of hundred metersaway at the local public beach.

    The property is equipped with air conditioning, TVs and wireless Internet. Two rooms on the sea side have a balcony and there is also big terrace with outside barbecue and summer kitchen perfect for dining fresh fish from local market.

    Enjoy Your pleasant stay in Marina - quiet fisherman village 10 km away from the town of Trogir.


    Our house is located at the beautiful location steps away from the crystal clear Adriatic. Basically You can choose to jump in right in front of the house, walk 200 meters to the public beach or couple of hundred meters more to the secluded private place for summer activities. Another advantage is once You're here everything is within walking distance: stores, restaurants, bars etc. Marina is also a great place for active vacation because surrounding area offers nice hiking, mountain biking and running trails. It's very close (15 minutes drive) to the one of the biggest Croatian tourist attraction: town of Trogir which is under UNESCO world heritage protection. Town of Sibenik and Slapovi Krke National park is within 30 minutes drive. It's suitable for guests of all ages. Town of Split is within 30 minutes drive/bus ride. Nearby Aurora Club in Primosten is one of the most popular places for night life.

    About Marina:
    Marina is located on a main road (M2, E65). It is a tourist village with a sandy beach shaded by olive and pine trees. Tourist also enjoy the atmosphere of ancient Dalmatian wine cellars, fresh fish and quality local wines, a blend of the ancient and the modern. Yachting, diving and fishing are practiced. Small yachts may dock within the small harbour and larger ones at the end of the bay, southeast of the chapel and south of the Plokata hill.
    The settlement was planned in the 16th century. In the period 1495-1500 the Trogir bishops built a quadrangular tower on the islet in the bay. The tower has console battlements. The channel between the mainland and the tower was filled up and levelled at the beginning of the 20th century.

Prachtige plek met uitzicht op de haven. In het weekend komen en gaan van boten. Genoeg terras om in de schaduw te kunnen zitten. Strand is 300meter lopen. Fijn met airco. Supermarkt dichtbij. Ook gezellige restaurantjes. Wij hebben genoten!

the apartment in marina was great lovely views from the balcony of the yachts mooring up every night so many lovely restaurants and bars within 5 min walk and close enough to other towns for days out Marin was a great host there to meet us and show us around we cannot rate the apartment high enough highly recommended

zwei schöne wochen in marina

Es war eine schöne Zeit für unsere Familie. Die Lage der Wohnung erwünscht nichts besseres. Das Meer vor dem Haus, der Strand in drei Minuten Entfernung, Restourants und Einkausmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Schöne Aussenkulisse und sehr nette Hausbesitzer. Die Wohnung ist schlicht aber sauber und beinhaltet alles nötige. Mit Klimaanlage war es auch an eissen Tagen angenehm. Haben auch sehr gerne die Terasse und den Grill genutzt. Alles hat gepasst! Würden gerne diese Wohnung auch nochmals buchen. Eugen Dick

Exceeded Expectations

We were very comfortable in our VRBO in Marina. The bathrooms had been recently remodeled and were absolutely beautiful and functional. The bedrooms were spacious and easy to keep cool for sleeping. I just love European windows and was delighted that the VRBO’s windows had screens to keep the bugs out. The VRBO is on the “quiet” side of the marina and we didn’t hear hardly any noise from neighbors, traffic, partying, etc.We had been travelling in Italy and didn’t bring much luggage with us. Our host had beach towels for us, and advised us how we could rent beach chairs from the nearby hotel. We easily found parking for our large van and could walk everywhere – to the store, the beach, the restaurants and cafes, etc. Split, Trogir, and the airport were conveniently close. One bonus was that Grandma lives downstairs, and she was very patient with my attempts to converse in Croatian. Our host went beyond just being a host and helped with the retrieval of an item we left in Pula. I don’t know how we got our item back without his help.All seven of us would definitely recommend Marin, Marina and the VRBO to our friends who are looking for a quiet place to spend their Croatian summer vacation.

Lovely location.

The property is in a pretty coastal village. Within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. It's a friendly place. If you like swimming ,snorkelling , boating or just relaxing this will please you. The house is spacious and well equipped. Lovely large terrace to relax and eat on. Recommended.

Tres bon séjour dans l ensemble.problème de stationnement parfois.un accueil chaleureux.

Location bien pour venir en famille.marina est un joli village.manque un peu de lumiere pour manger sur la terrasse le soir.un petit bemol pour se garer.pas de places attitrees pour se garer mais on a toujoirs pu quand meme se garer. Une vue magnifique de la terrasse.on reviendra avec plaisir.

Traumhafte Lage, sehr freundliche Vermieter, komfortable Wohnung!

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super, der Ort ist reizend (genau die Mitte zwischen einem attraktiven Urlaubsort und doch nicht so überlaufen wie Trogir oder Primosten), sehr freundliche Vermieterfamilie, die uns mit Sliwovitz und frischen Feigen verwöhnte. Die Wohnung ist für drei Paare mit den zwei Badezimmern sehr komfortabel, schöner Balkon und große Terasse für lauschige Sommerabende!

Marin's seafront property is in a fantastic location and is every bit as good as the photos imply - probably better. Great for families or anyone wanting a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed our stay in Marina so much we have booked with Marin again this year. Steve, Lee, Richard (UK)

Great holiday

The stay for our group of 6 was 7 days. It's really beautiful in this times of year because there wasn't much crowd and traffic as in August. The hosts were very helpful. Dobra dan!

We spent a lovely week in villa Maria with our two children. This was our best family holiday ever. We will come again this year or the next one. Marina is a perfect town to stay for a week or two holiday. Very good access to airport in Split - only 20 km, many places to look around and the beach is only 100 m from the villa. Nice view from the balcony and the terrace. Very friendly and helpfull host. I highly recommend :)
