"Clean room, good coffee but we didn’t like having to stand in line for it. Breakfast was good. Nice lemon water in the lobby. Convenient to river st and restaurants and shops. Got to store the luggage early arrival. Used the garage next door since we were not going to use the car while there. Rooftop pool was nice however my friend got a rash from the chlorine. I was fine. Seemed clean, we didn’t have any staff encounters other than check-in which was fine."

"It was a beautiful place. Very clean and very historic. Owners were super friendly. Breakfast was so good! The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the location was awesome. The only thing that you need to know is that there are many steps up and there is no elevator. Their staff is more than willing to help, but if you can’t climb steps, that’s something to think about."

"I love the colonial style all brick and inside was very nice and clean. The people at the front desk were so nice and welcoming. They loved our dog also. Parking was great right in front of the hotel. The breakfast we haven’t had yet but if it is anything like the one we stayed at yesterday it will be great."

"This was such a unique and awesome place. Not one to normally stay in motels, prefer hotels normally, but gave this place a try and we didn’t regret it. When we first walked in the room it didn’t just smell clean it smelled great. Everything looked and felt clean and the retro decoration was so cool. They leave little moon pies and rc cola in the room for you when you first walk in, which we thought was a nice touch. The staff was super friendly and accommodating as well, Wren was super nice....
