"Room not ready, was brushed aside and waited two hours for room and I checked in at 5pm already enough time to have it cleaned. Finally got into room was 7pm! Garbage receptionist and old outdated hotel"

"This hotel is very well located on the beach, nice beach bar with loungers and restaurant on site. Small rooms but very well appointed."

"The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. "

"Pool, Beach , restaurants , shops , coffee / snack bar , what’s there not to love! We used the very nice gym daily although an extra charge of 5/6$ per visit . Bartender at the main pool bar was fabulous ! Rolls weee comfortable , my boys loved the Murphy beds . Market close by , can walk to all the restaurants . Booked a second floor villa and it was perfect ! Loved this resort for our family spring break ! "

"3 flights of stairs to get inside. Very clean and safe. Loud street noise, mostly before 10pm then ok. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"Staff was extremely welcoming, we had a toddler and a puppy and we got in very late. Security was waiting for us and helped us to our room. The staff was wonderful with my overtired toddler and showed him how to feed the fish and helped us with the puppy. Having pool toys there was a huge bonus as was having the puppy in the bar so we could eat."

"Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was outstanding!!! We had a car rental so the location wasn’t an issue however if you don’t have a car it wouldn’t be as convenient. Would highly recommend if your plan is to travel the island all week like we did. Great stay, clean and delicious breakfasts "

"Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- "

"Happy to leave a positive review of this property. Whilst it has clearly been around for some time. A decent attempt at upgrades is evident especially in the rather spacious rooms. Many new appliances were evident which made those not replaced stick out even more. No issues with water pressure or temperature.
