  • McKennaLodging is proud to welcome you to our newest property, The Residences at McKenna Landing. We're located in Harmar, just over the bridge from the vibrant historic district of downtown Marietta. The property was originally constructed in 1937 and was home to a number of businesses over the years. After we acquired the property at the beginning of 2023, we spent about 11 months renovating the space. You will now find four beautiful apartments in the building.

    River Port - a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a private balcony located on the second floor of the property.

    Dock Side - a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a private balcony located on the second floor of the property. .

    Harbor Master - a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the main level of the building with its own dedicated deck space.

    Captain's Quarters - a luxurious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the main level of the building with its own dedicated deck space.

    Each apartment can be rented individually, or they can be reserved in different configurations depending on your groups needs.

Check-in was an absolute breeze and we couldn't have asked for more during our stay. The condo was incredibly cozy and the location was so peaceful and relaxing. We were so incredibly happy with our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the peaceful getaway!

Nicely decorated condo on a quiet street, overlooking the Ohio River. Near historic Harmar Village, downtown Marietta, and easy access to West Virginia. Boat House BBQ within short walking distance.

This was a very clean and quiet place to spend a few days. We were really surprised as to how large the condo is compared to the pictures. We were very comfortable! The unit is on the second floor, but there is a ramp leading up to the unit which really helped with my husband's mobility issues. The check in and check out process was easy and well communicated. Maxx was a wonderful host! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Riverside

This was a great property for winding down and staying next to the river in Marietta. We gave this property five stars across the board, except we really wish that you could only access the unit from the inside so that the decks were completely private and no one from the ground (level that is not a guest) can access it. Despite this, we felt completely safe during our stay. highly recommended!

Our unit was on the 2 level of the building- main full deck/balcony, it was clean & comfortable & welcoming. Overall we had a good stay, everything was quiet, and felt safe & comfortable. All basic living items were provided SMART TV's in each bedroom & living room. Plenty of parking & host maintained communication as needed. Detailed info prior to checking in with detailed packet of information regarding the rental & local areas. We had an amazing view of the water with direct outside access to a portion of dedicated balcony overlooking the water. Laundry is available in the commons area of the building.

We took out bath mat because it had hair all over it and when we lifted it out there was black hair under mat. Mat was terrible to stand on. Safety bars should be installed.We never were able to connect Roku.Parking spaces unmarked and uneven unsafe pavement. We use disabled parking and although marked not clear where and a large gray pickup was closest to the ramp the first two nights.I suggestion is to put a light by the room entries because if you come in late may take several tries to open because you can’t see numbers and to get light on you have to touch pad and several tries may have to be done.Matt was always available.

We were just passing through Marietta for one night and this was a great place to stay. The condo is quite roomy, very nicely decorated, and had lots of windows facing the river. We took advantage of the deck overlooking the river and enjoyed a glass of wine to unwind before walking over to the nearby BBQ restaurant for Sunday night dinner. The city's downtown area is across the river, but only a 5 minute drive. The property manager Maxx is very helpful and prompt in all communications. The parking lot is very close to the building and access is quick and easy. Overall, a really nice place to stay.
