• Living spaces: A bright living room with equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and a veranda.
• Outside: Large plot of 1500 m², offering a peaceful and green setting.
• Swimming pool: Private salt water swimming pool (8x4 m) secured by a manual cover, ideal for cooling off and relaxing in complete privacy.
