We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location."

"Nice neighborhood with restaurants all around and a tesco a couple of blocks for any other items needed. Hammersmith station is a short walk to get to tube. Hotel was older but cute and clean."

"Wonderful stay above a great pub. Unique and cosy room interiors. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Clean and hygienic. Safe too. Great housekeeping service too. 7-8mins walk to the train station. Park nearby great for daily walks. Can be bit noisy at night due to vehicles. But all in all it was an amazing stay and we enjoyed the great pub downstairs."

"Staff, (Sid) was so nice, early arrival, . I was exhausted and he was able to secure me a single to crash in until my room was ready at 11 am. There are no amenities. This place is bare bones . It’s nicely decorated, but bring your own pillow. Beds and pillows are not comfortable."

Only issue was I completed a request (on the back of a mail from them) to book a parking spot -heard nothing, could not get through on any number to the hotel, so had to park half an hour away at Westfield which wasn't ideal. Hopefully a one off - but the rest of the stay was great"

"This time we booked this hotel thru Expedia. Hotel staffs were all friendly and kind, especially Ms. Sharmin and her husband at breakfast area did great job during our stay. Although, breakfast quality was so good, more than my expectations. We loved that stay. Only one negative point was room aircon did not work good manners. Thank you Residence inn!"

"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. Our room 1 is right next to the stairs so you will hear people hauling luggage late at night after arrival or checking out early in the morning. I understand in the old days the sink has the hot...
