"We booked a room with 2 x double beds. The room was small and in the basement and one bed was positioned directly next to the door. The bedroom carpet was stained and the window was very difficult to open. Fridge didn’t work. Shower was tiny but worked well. Room cleverly designed as shower and toilet hidden behind sliding doors. "I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. "The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."

"Room was very clean and had everything we needed, however very small and twin beds pushed together and had to wiggle down one side to get into bed. Helpful front desk staff and check was completed when I left my bag in the morning so all ready to go straight to the room at 6pm.
