Water View of Marco Pass, Heated Pool & Marina-Newly Updated 5th Floor 1Br/1Ba

This newly updated condo is located right on the water with spectacular views of Marco Pass. It is in a gated community with a keypad lock for hassle-free check in. The condo is 1 bedroom/1 bath and is located in building E. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a view of the water as well. There are flat screen tvs in both the living room and bedroom (smart tv in the living room). Extra amenities, such as beach towels and beach equipment are provided. Relax and enjoy the view from the screened-in lanai which overlooks one of the swimming pools and Marco Pass. The property has a lot of features including two swimming pools and two hot tubs, picnic tables and grills, shuffleboard courts, two tennis courts, and boat slips available to rent. There is also a marina with beer on tap, or purchase bait and enjoy fishing right off the docks! There are fishing poles in the condo for your use. Just down the road there is another marina where you can rent a boat for a day or hire a fishing guide. There are also some great restaurants within walking distance. Stop by the Snook Inn for dinner and enjoy their waterside tables and live music every night! There is something for everyone when you visit Marco, whether you want to relax, shop, or take on some adventure.

There are community coin laundry facilities on each floor. There is one conveniently located next to our unit (don’t worry, the sound cannot be heard inside our condo).

There is a parking fee that will be collected when you register at the condo office.

We had a great stay and Lauren was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, our weather was unseasonably cold so we only had 2 days at the pool, but we enjoyed our stay. Very nice pool and hot tub, comfortable king bed. Thanks Lauren.

Our stay could not have been better, communications and instructions all very clear for us to maneuver a late night arrival. The condo complex is very clean, pool and hot tub temperatures nice and warm, amenities and supplies in our unit E510 were more than needed. Other guests all very friendly, the dolphins and sun showed up for us all week!

The location was spot on for walking to various restaurants, viewing the boats and scenery from not only the lanai, but also anywhere on the grounds and docks. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for the two of us. Nice warm pool and hot tub was also a bonus. Definitely a place we would rent again. Excellent communication from the host.

Property was spotless!!! Could have eaten off the floor!!Our host Lauren was terrific. Answered any questions in minutes. Always pleasant. Accommodating to the max!We could not have been more comfortable and pleased with our stay. If the max rating is 5 stars, we rate it a 10, it was that fantastic. Property is also great. Pool viewing the water was awesome. Clean, quiet, and great for swimming and sunbathing. Heated perfectly. Will be staying again without a doubt!!!!

Great Vacation

We have stayed at this property before and we came back because we love it so much. The owner,Lauren, is very friendly and helpful and is great to work with.It's in a great location looking over the Marco River, the pool and Pelican Pier Marina. We especially enjoy relaxing evenings on the lanai sipping a cocktail watching the boat traffic. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful stay in Marco Island

We had a great stay here during April. The location of the condo was convenient for exploring or just to hang out by the pool relaxing. The unit itself was clean and quiet. If I were to return to Marco Island, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Dated but nice

Property was dated. No w/D but a coin operated laundry room. The room was clean . The pool and hot tub were nice and always warm. You have to pay for parking. All in all I would say it is clean but dated .

Very windy and cool week on Marco, but the condo was lovely. Having a heated pool and a hot tub. Within easy reach was delightful. The condo itself was comfortable and adequately equipped.

Property and condo were clean. Looked just like the pictures and description on VRBO. Came in October, 70-85 degrees every day. Comfortable breeze coming off the water. We will be back!

Weekend Get-A-Way

Everything we needed

The condo had everything we needed for a great Father's Day weekend. Great communication, accommodating host, easy check in process, easy in and out for parking and condo access. Can't go wrong with this unit if you're looking for something on that side of the island. Will stay here again.

Great Condo but bad experience

Condo & property were great. However, internet router was dead . No internet or TV while in condo. This was an issue with the renter before us but owner said they were able to unplug it and it worked. I doubt that especially since we arrived on the same day they left and the internet was down at arrival. Owner was responsive but expected me to spend my vacation time troubleshooting the issue with internet provider! This is what happens when owners don’t have property management services. Issue was fixed less then 48 hours later.

Wonderful Vacation!!

We have stayed at this property for several vacations are we have enjoyed it every time. Great location on the Marco River overseeing the pool and marina provides lots of activity to watch. Close to many great restaurants and bars but quite enough for older folks like us to enjoy the peace and quite. This is the 3rd year in a row that we have visited this condo and it fits us perfectly. The owner, Lauren, is very accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend staying here!!

BEST VRBO !!

The property was amazing !! would give more stars if posible !!! Just as described.. easy check in and check out....unit had everything you needed and then some :) first unit we have rented that had a very extensive binder, it even included directions on how to use the remotes !!! host was great and responded to inquiries promptly (just asked for dining recommendations .... will be back...loved the unit, complex and the Marco Island area.
