Immaculate open concept home in the prestigious estates of Marco Island. .The home boasts 4 bedrooms, 6 beds and two separate living room spaces. With an expansive sweeping lanai that includes pool, hot tub , projection screen, outdoor summer kitchen & grill, outdoor TV , it is an entertainers dream! Marco island is ranked the safest city in the state of florida which is perfect for families . Come enjoy your own slice of paradise!

WI-FI/CABLE/TVS- Home has 6 smart TVs with 150+ channels accessible to you at no cost. Free high speed Wi-Fi.

BEDROOM SETUP DESCRIPTION:
Master Suite: King size bed and pullout couch
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: full bunk beds with pullout twin trundle
That makes a total of 6 beds and 4 bedrooms. There is also 2 large sectionals, one in each living room.

LAUNDRY: Free washer and dryer with detergent in the house to use at your convenience .

ENTRY:Guests will enjoy a keyless entry 4 digit access code upon arrival , with flexible arrival time depending on your needs. Code will only work during your stay.

PARKING: Home has two car garage with plenty of extra parking in the governors style driveway .

BEACH ACCESS: You will have beach access to south-beach and tigertail beach which are both just a 5 minute bike/golf cart ride from the house.

POOL/HOTUB: Pool is cleaned and sanitized every week and will be heated at a constant 88 degrees for your comfort. Hot tub can be controlled by a button on the lanai .

BICYCLES : Bikes and Golf carts are a great thing to rent and have delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Marco island bike and golf rentals is excellent and can be reached at 239 345 2260.

BASICS: A basic supply of linens is provided. Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during the stay. A startup kit consisting of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap and trash bags is provided, but items are not replenished during the stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for their own use once depleted.

PARKS: House is 4 minutes from Mackle park, a perfect spot to bring the kids to play.

Amazing Holiday Vacation

We had an amazing time at this house. It was spacious, clean, and the host was very responsive whenever we needed anything or had questions. It was perfect for our large family with kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Christmas week family vacation 2024

House was as described. Clean inside and outside. Pool and hot tub were clean, perfect temp, and I didn't have to worry about figuring out how to control water temp etc. Outside amenities were very nice with TV, furniture and lighting. Inside house was spacious for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. Everything inside was in working order and had plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking our dinners. We loved the shuffleboard and all the TVs which had cable TV supplied!. This was our 4th Christmas in Florida utilizing VRBO housing and I would rate this the best so far! Paula responded to me immediately when I did have a question which were few. I would definitely consider staying again.

Amazing outdoor space

Our stay at the island jewel was fantastic. The house was clean and spacious, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking/grilling. We spent most of our time outside on the patio area around the pool! We will definitely be back!

WONDERFUL PERFECT PLACE!!!!!

We took our kids and grandkiddos here (ages 5 months-5 years old) on a vacay and the place was soooo perfect in every way…the layout of the house, very clean, had everything we needed, the outdoor area so much, pool was great…kids had so much fun!! The location of the house is also perfect from beach, grocery store, everything you need!! Paula, the owner, was wonderful to deal with … very quick to respond to all of my questions! We would definitely stay here again!!:)) Made great memories!:))

Absolutely amazing home. Our whole family loved everything about this property. From the amazing coffee machine to the cute fat lizards that live here. There are so many great amenities. We will most definitely be figuring out how to get back here for spring break next year. Thank you!!

Fabulous stay at a beautiful property!

The house is beautiful and while minutes away from everything on the island, it was quiet and had a very private back yard to swim, hang out and relax in. We were so appreciative of the amenities that were not mentioned but were included in the house. Hosts were quick to respond to anything we asked about. This was our third year in a row staying on the island for spring break with our families, and this was by far our favorite house yet. We would absolutely recommend it and will likely stay there again if it is available!

Weekend trip with friends

We had the best experience at the Island Jewel. It lived up to our expectations and more. Paula was super responsive and was able to assist with any of our needs including going above and beyond to ship a jacket to us that we had left behind. We were a short drive to the main town area and the beach. We also had plenty of parking space for our many cars. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Family vacation at Island Jewel on Marco Island was a winner!

We had an awesome stay at the Island Jewel despite the weather. The well-equipped home (pool, hot tub, shuffle board, indoor/outdoor living concept) allowed for us to enjoy every day even though the weather wasn’t always optimal. Paula was very responsive and truly interested in ensuring every detail or question was answered. Thank you! The island is small and not over crowded like some other areas on the gulf coast, so we really enjoyed many local activities, restaurants, and shoppes. We hope to return!

Island Jewel is a diamond!

We had 11 total people in our party and the house easily accommodated us . Plenty of beds for everyone and lots of space so you didn’t feel on top of each other . Really open space and floor plan so you could relax a bit and keep an eye on the kids no problem. A few miles from the beach but we rented a golf cart and had no problem shuttling people to and from the beach easily. Property manager is very responsive and provided world class service. Would highly recommend to a larger family or a few parties looking to split the cost.

Marvelous Experience !!!

I went with my family to spend the weekend. The experience was amazing. The house was perfect, even better than we expected. We had everything we need. Poll and spa at the perfect temperature. BBQ area 5 stars. Kitchen and family room excellent. The main room, the best. Now, the best of all was the support we received from the host (Paula) before, during and after the stay. Definitely, the place I will come back every time I go to Marco Island.

Nothing short of spectacular!

Our stay at Paula's house was amazing! It felt like we were in our very own celebrity VIP hotel suite! And I'm not just speaking hyperbolically. Upon arrival everything was immaculately clean. There were extra toiletries provided and the oversized washer and dryer really came in handy. Bob, the property manager, greeted us soon after we got there and walked us through how things worked and gave us his number if we had any questions or concerns. He was so great! The rooms were beautifully decorated and well appointed. The primary bedroom even had a nice office desk and chair, which my husband was thrilled about! :) The lanai opening up to the beautiful pool and patio was the best part! Plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone to enjoy! We had come down to Marco Island for a family reunion and on the last night we all gathered (with Paula's permission) at the home to celebrate. The pool kept the kids entertained for 5 hours! We had to drag them out at 10 ( quiet hours on the island are strictly enforced!) We had enough room for everyone--about 23 people-- to comfortably lounge both inside and out. Paula was an amazing host. Quick to respond and so kind. My sister in law wanted to bake a cake but there wasn't a mixer or cake pans. When I asked Paula about it she immediately replied that she would have an amazon order sent to the house! Overall I feel like this home greatly contributed to the success of our reunion and the wonderful memories we made. :) Thank you, Paula!
