  • WALK TO THE BEACH!! Location, Location, Location - South end of Marco Island with a short 10 min walk to the Beach, mini-golf, and the Marco Walk Plaza including an ice cream shop, restaurants, movie theatre, pubs, and shops.

    Spacious 5 Bedroom (two are Master Bedroom Suites) 3.5 Bath Waterfront Pool home meticulously maintained and decorated with a Coastal Flair. The vaulted ceilings and abundance of windows gives an open airy tropical feeling the moment you step through the front door. The interior of the home was renovated in 2018.

    Kitchen features Quartz countertops and a breakfast nook. There is also a separate Formal Dining area. Living room features a 65" Smart TV that opens up to the Pool and Multi-Level open Lanai area to enjoy the island breeze! All 5 bedrooms are new with comfy beds, coastal decor, and tile flooring. All 3.5 bathrooms are brand new as of 2018 with granite tops and tile floors.

    Enjoy our 6 new bicycles with baskets, helmets, a pump and locks to explore the island! We also have Wireless Internet - Wifi - and a wireless printer for your use.

    The Pool is heated and you can turn on the pool light for a late night swim. Grill out or lay out and enjoy the Island warmth! Enjoy the outdoor sectional seating, 6 person outdoor table seating, and bar area. There is Free WiFi, 6 TV's, towels, linens and even a baby crib and a pack and play! Our private downstairs Game Room includes a Pool Table, TV, lots of board games and books to enjoy. Laundry room has a large washer & dryer and there is an additional dryer in the lower level bathroom. The kids will enjoy the large yard to play in. The driveway is large and has room for 2 cars. Our home is immaculately cleaned between each stay and is spacious enough for the entire family.

    Our supply closet is stocked with all the beach gear you need! Chairs, umbrellas, toys and a cart for your day at the beach.

    Enjoy the Island life! Marco has some of the best beaches in Florida, and Naples is just a short drive away. Relax, refresh, rejuvenate....Live the Dream!!

We were so pleased with our stay. The house was in a great location. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Had a full stocked kitchen and bath. The hostess was very accommodating to all our needs. We would definitely book it again.

Great Holiday

This was our first time vacationing in Marco Island and had a great time. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, great location and close to everything. Able to walk to the beach and some great resturants. Would stay there again.

We had the best time in Marco island! The house was perfect for us. The house was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Jodee was the perfect host. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and was extremely accommodating. We would highly recommend this rental!

Marco vacation

Location was nice but .7 miles from the beach. We drove and paid 20 to parkThe neighborhood was very nice. We had to clean the pool constantly due to a tree that overhangs and drops leaves continuously. The house was nice but you could tell it was an old house that was updated. The exterior doors were old and loose and didn’t seem secure I you are traveling with older people there are a lot of steps in the house. To consider. Other than, overall it was good.

Lovely Family Vacation

Lovely remodeled home in a beautiful neighborhood, down the street from Winterberry which offers beach access, stores, restaurants and ice cream for the kids. The pool, outside living space along with the grill and eating area offered a good mix of sun and shade. We had 5 adults and 2 kids 3 & under; 3 generations. It was very toddler/baby friendly with crib/Pack & Play, high chair and some toys for use. Plenty of pool gear too, for all ages, by the way. We also made use of the furnished bicycles, and the fishing rods at the dock. Thank you Sandee and Sandee Shores!

Wonderful experience!

House was nice and comfortable and location from beaches was great. Weather was awesome!! Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Pool was nice but a bit cool and leaves were dropping from trees a lot… not much sun in location this time of year but we made it work! We experienced some electrical issues and worked with host to try to get fixed. Workers were not able to resolve while we were there. They left panel exposed so we did not use ‘rec’ room, microwave, or washer/dryer for most days we were there. Cable was very spotty and went on and off. Not sure if it was in part due to other electrical issues?!? Overall, we had a wonderful time for our first time to Marco Island! Being with family is ALWAYS a blessing!!

Great property with a great host

Our family has stayed at VRBO’s many, many times over the years and we always try and give good honest feedback so others can make good decisions. I gave this property a 5 rating not because our property had no issues during our week, but because our host, Jodee, did an outstanding job of addressing any issues and getting them resolved as quickly as she possibly could. This property is a bit older but kept up very well and is represented correctly on the VRBO site. The house was clean and spacious and we felt the pool was larger than what the photos show. There are steps in the house so that could be a drawback but it was not for our family. Proximity to the beach was about a 10-15 minute walk which is stated correctly on the VRBO site. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood on a low traffic street. Upon our early arrival our family of 7 were greeted by the extremely friendly and accommodating cleaning staff who allowed us to store our luggage while they were finishing up cleaning the property. We were grateful that we were allowed to store our bags rather than lug them around Marco. As stated, we ran into some minor issues throughout the week that I believe were caused by the previous renters of this house. Jodee did a great job trying to get them resolved which for the most part was accomplished. We would stay here again if we had a chance down the road. Thanks again to Jodee for taking care of us and helping our family have a great time on Marco Island.

Our stay at this house was almost everything we had hoped it would be. Our host, Jodee, was very responsive whenever we had a question or a need. The space worked perfectly for the 3 couples and even allowed for some privacy as the bedrooms we used were separated well. It is very convenient to the beach area, great restaurants, and other activities. We would definitely recommend this house if you need a great location and space to chill. The only issue was the pool was very chilly, but assuming that was due to the cool weather and the inability of the heat pump to offset the cool days and cold nights.

Thanksgiving Break

This was a perfect setting for our family getaway over Thanksgiving-5 adults, 3 1/2 yr old and 6 month infant. The set up is great for privacy of bedrooms and baths, as well as for common area get togethers and meals. The pool is perfect for entertaining young kids. Beach is 20 minutes away but easily accessible, as are the shops and restaurants of Marco Island.

We enjoyed our stay at the home. We had a glitch with the pool heater not working and it was finally fixed by our next to last day of our stay. We at least got to enjoy for one day. The half bath as listed is accessed through the main level master suite.

Great Home

The home was spotless and well appointed. The various levels of decks were great to sit out on and chat.... The pool was well utilized and we even caught a fish in the inlet that abutted the house.... Great time had by all.... PS: Jodee was very helpful and responsive when I contacted her...

Great house in great location

Staying with two families, the two master bedrooms were an excellent bonus, but the rest of the house was equally great. Pool was well maintained and you can’t beat the location. We’d definitely stay here again!
