As you arrive to our gated escape you will enter through the gate at the street and come down the driveway to walls of steel and glass. As you enter the property on your left is the glass walled conversation pit where only the deepest secrets are shared. Dont worry the walls don't have ears! As you pass this private swanky space views of the calm water come into view through the 16' wall of glass sliders just on the other side of a modern but cozy living room feat. a 75" Samsung "The Frame" Tv and oversized fireplace. Include everyone in the conversation as we open the sliders to combine the outdoor living/dining with the indoor living/dining seating 26.
Whether inside or outside you are only a few steps from your favorite beverage in one of 6 refrigerators. Keep your favorite mixes and acouterments in one of 3 bars. The Chef in your group will appreciate all the modern conveniences with none of the tricky settings. Dual convection oven, Nugget Ice maker, Air fryer, Margarita maker, two blenders, Mixer and more.
The Master bedroom suite on the first floor walks out to the pool and hot tub and features a steam room with High powered kohler wall jets, rain shower, double shower heads and tons of water pressure! Two separate vanities and walk in closets provide ample room to powder both noses.
The 2nd Master suite on the main floor features a full bath with walking shower, mini bar refrigerator and separate entrance for those sneaky midnight trips to the "store" when you don't want anyone to know.
A quick elevator lift to the second floor living room doubling as a movie room with 85" TV with surround sound speakers and sub. Popcorn, refrigerator and microwave included!
The second floor comprises of two master suites both with King beds with ensuite bathroom with walk in showers, powered shades,Samsung smart tv and Private access onto the second floor patio.
There are two queen rooms each with sink vanities, walk in closets, Samsung smart Tvs and share a walk in shower and toilet.
There is a full bath with tub and shower off the living room that serves the bunk room and living area.

When your time outdoors or on the lake comes to an end you will have 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, 2 indoor living rooms, 2 outdoor living rooms with fireplaces and a pool house all connected with your very own elevator allowing everyone to enjoy the festivities everywhere! pool house and living areas open up to the outdoor living spaces with 16’ sliders.
The House features a 3 car garage(2 for guests)doubling as a ping pong championship arena with in wall speakers to set the stage!

When the kids need a break from the sun but you don't! Put on a movie and let the kids rest to escape from the sun all in perfect view through the 16' glass sliders so you can rest assured they are safe while you enjoy your break in the pool. Dont worry the furniture is water resistant!

Pet Policy:
The owner is allergic to pets so unfortunately pets are not allowed unless prior written express consent is provided and a special cleaning for the owners is arranged.
Agreements:
Completion of the Check-In Form and Rental Agreement via our boarding pass verification is required prior to check-in. Failure to complete this may result in refusal of access the property. NO refunds will be given outside of the cancellation window or if Guest does not comply with the checkin process.
Policies:
Age Requirements: Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Additional Guest Fee: $35 per night for each guest beyond 4.
Events and Parties: Hosting events or parties is not permitted to maintain the exclusive ambiance.
Smoking Prohibition: No smoking is allowed on the premises.
Monitoring System: Discreet exterior security cameras for guest security and quality assurance.
Comprehensive Damage Protection:
You may choose between a non-refundable "Peace-of-Mind" Damage Waiver or a fully refundable authorization hold for your stay. Both options provide assurance for a worry-free experience.
