Very spacious family villa with large private heated pool & beautiful sea views

Located in the quieter residential district of Marbella called Marbesa very close to numerous golden beaches including world renowned Nikki beach and just a 10 minute drive from the centre of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
A leafy , tree lined street , pretty and quiet , takes you directly to the beach within 5 minutes walk.
The spacious villa offers peace and quiet with plenty of life just a stone's throw away. The property has a private pool ( optional heating on request) with large poolside area including pizza oven, barbecue and dining area as well as separate terrasse on each of the 3 floors.
Sea views from ground floor and first floor terrasse.
Delightful garden with fruit trees : lemons, mangoes, oranges, apricots, grapes and Mediterranean flora.
Andalusian character with a contemporary feel.
The villa is ideal for a large family or group as it can accommodate up to 16 people.
NOTE : hen or stags parties are strictly not accepted.

Various restaurants within 5 to 15 mn walk including gorgeous beach bar restaurants and chirigintos..
Well stocked medium size supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Open 365 days and late at night.
Fresh bread and pastries baked on site daily . International newspapers.
Baby cots and high chair on request.
A private chef can be recommended and booked in advance from casual bbq and paella to refine dinner.
Various golf courses and large tennis facilities under 10 minutes drive .
5 mn drive from Cabopino , with its protected sand dunes , beach and marina . Boats ,jet ski and water sports available for rentals and a lovely selection of restaurants.

The authentic white village Mijas pueblo is a great day out and only 20 minutes drive.
Canada large shopping centre with a large number of international and Spanish brands 10 mn drive.
Bioparc Fuengirola , an amazing new animal park concept which preserve the animals natural habitat is 10 mn drive.

This was such a perfect base for 13 of us… 6 adults, 4 teens and 3 children. Lots of lovely restaurants (& a gorgeous bakery) in the local area. Beautiful beach and the villa itself was just wonderful. Such a shame the jacuzzi in the main bathroom is out of action and the kids would have loved the water jets in the pool to have been working. But overall an excellent place that we would all highly recommend

This villa is very well located and a very good fit for a large group. The hosts were helpful and communicated well. I will say that the downstairs heat (as we went in February) didn't work too well and that the couch is in need of an upgrade (just not very comfortable) and the two guest bathroom had very slippery tubs, but we purchased some bathtub mats to keep them safe. But the overall experience was excellent and I would book this place again. The pool is lovely (even in February heated.) And Simbad's down the street is a true treasure with excellent food, great patio and good music.

We were really happy with the house which fit the description and with the surrounding area. All was great for a 3 generation familly travelling right after Christmas. Easy contacts with the ownwer and cleaning lady. Would definitly go back!

Beautiful villa good location for walk to supermarkets local beach and harbour front. Marbella 10 mins in taxi. The description of the villa accurate. The villa is located in a quiet residential area. The walk along the boardwalk to the marina is a must, area of natural beauty

We were four families, eight adults and eight children, and this house was perfect for us! Lovely rooms and garden with a pool where the children loved to play. A big table outside where we could all sit and eat together and enjoy a good barbecue dinner. Beach and supermarket in walking distance. The host was available for questions at all times. We loved the “Encanto House” as the children named it. Would definitely return ☺️

This property is all that is advertised, and more and good value for all on offer. We went as a family group for special reunion. There is plenty of room so you do not feel on top of each other. The villa is stunning and immaculate with plenty of activities to do. Pool beautiful and well kept. Hosts Mireille and Richard exceptional and very contactable. Lovely welcome and treat on arrival (thank you). Good location with nice places to visit (again thank you Mireille & Richard for clear welcome pack). All in all highly recommended this special place.

Maison très spacieuse avec une jolie et grande piscine . Très bien équipée. La mer est vraiment toute proche et quelques petits commerces aussi ce qui est très pratique . La propriétaire est très disponible par message. Un tout petit bémol , l’absence de rideaux occultants dans les chambres

We have just enjoyed an all round excellent stay at this property. As a group of 11 women wishing to spend some quality time together, this villa was perfect. Communication with the owner to book and prior the holiday was brilliant, they were happy to answer any questions I had and provided us with lots of useful information about our stay. Upon arrival it was obvious the photos don’t do the villa justice! Every room and space was beautiful, decorated tastefully, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking for big groups. The outside space was wonderful to eat as a group and relax either on the patio or by the pool. We had the pool heated which made it the perfect temperature for swimming in April, although we were lucky enough to have some sunshine! The villa is a 5 minute walk from a large supermarket, which we frequented often. We walked the 7 minutes to the beach and had an excellent meal at restaurant Simbad. We got taxis into old town Marbella and Puerto Banus, which took approx 20 mins to both. The airport is 30 mins away and we used a prearranged transfer service as recommended by the property owner. Thank you Richard and Mireille for a wonderful stay at your villa, we hope to be back again soon!

Maison très bien équipée pour une famille et bien située, près de la voie rapide A7 (comme elle est encaissée, le cadre est calme). Avec un supplément de prix la piscine, grande, est bien chauffée. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas (annonce à mettre à jour). On peut se garer à 150 m. Le terrain pourrait être plus grand mais les citronniers sont magnifiques. L'ensemble est bien entretenu. Un jardinier et un pisciniste passent deux fois par semaine. L'hypermarché Alcampo (Auchan) et centre commercial à conseiller sont à La Canada à 1-2 km du centre de Marbella au nord-ouest. Le supermarché voisin Supercor, très propre est bien utile mais un peu cher (sur une sortie de l'A7). A voir en famille, le Butterfly Park à Benalmadena et la pagode tout près. Et pour finir, Mireille est très sympathique et réactive. Very well equipped house for a family and well located, near the A7 expressway (as it is in a trench, the setting is calm). With an additional price the swimming pool, large, is well heated. The jacuzzi was not working (ad to be updated). You can park 150 m away. The land could be bigger but the lemon trees are magnificent. The whole is well maintained. A gardener and a swimming pool specialist come twice a week. The Alcampo hypermarket (Auchan) and recommended shopping center are in La Canada, 1-2 km from the center of Marbella to the northwest. Spacious property with an amazing pool which was very deep at one end. Although the pool was heated it was a little cool for the smaller children. The owners were extremely helpful with any problems incurred. Overall the family enjoyed the holiday despite a few days of rain.

villa très chaleureuse et parfaite pour des vacances familiale; nous sommes très heureux d'avoir fait chauffer la piscine en octobre: c'était génial Seul problème: à l'intérieur ,la table ronde ne comporte que 10 places; or nous étions 13!! Cuisine très bien équipée, vaisselle abondante. A noter un grand tiroir avec vaisselle est instable!

We had a fantastic time at the villa. It was even nicer than the photos and is so big with lots of different areas to sit if you do not want to be on top of each other in the villa. It was one of the best equipped villas i have stayed in with every thing you need .There was a very good super market near by that stocks every thing you need.The villa is situated in a quiet area .We were allowed to get in the villa early which was really good because we arrived on an early flight. Mireille told us about the beach house for the last day and what a lovely place to spend our last day .They charged us 20 euros each to hire the sun bed for the day right by the sea front with luxury beds and tables and waiter service by your bed and the meal is one of the best we had .We did pre book with being a larger group they also provide you with beach towels .They also stored our cases as only had small 10kg ones not sure if they would store large cases. Please book this outstanding villa you will not be disappointed .We had a fantastic relaxing great experience and well done to the owners 100% The communication with the owners was excellent .We were met by Neila and she was so friendly and welcoming.

We stayed as a group of 14 adults and there was so much room. Not only were all the rooms of ample size but the living, kitchen and garden area was a great size for all to have lots of room and not feel like you were on top of each other. The villa is well equipped and decorated throughout. The location was great and in easy reach by cab, however! down the uber app, the taxi companies struggled with out pronunciation of the address.
