Der Gastgeber, Charo und Juan, sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, es gibt genügend Handtücher, auch für den Strand. Sogar einen Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, erste Strandlage. Fußläufig ist ein großer Supermarkt - Carrefour - und einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Marbella und in 30 Minuten am Flughafen Malaga. Wanderwege sind schnell erreichbar. Wer Strandwanderungen mag ist hier auch genau richtig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, vielleicht haben wir das nächste Mal durchweg Sonnenschein.

Charo & Juan sind wundervolle nette Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben direkt am Meer gelegen und ist ein Traum. Es sind nur paar Meter zum Strand. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und haben nichts vermisst. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Am letzten Tag konnten wir morgens von der Terrasse Delphine im Meer beobachten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in Elviria

We’ve visited Elviria several times over the years, and without a doubt, this was the best accommodation we’ve experienced! The apartment is in a perfect location – peaceful, yet just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable – everything felt fresh, well cared for, and thoughtfully prepared.What really made the stay exceptional were the owners. They were so warm and welcoming, meeting us at the apartment on arrival and maintaining excellent communication beforehand, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Their personal touch and attention to detail truly set this place apart.We wouldn’t hesitate to book again – in fact, we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommended.

My wife and I loved the accommodations. The location on the beach with the large patio was amazing. The unit itself is updated and of premium quality I would say. There are many restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance. The hosts are very accommodating helpful and easy to reach. I would have to recommend the property in all honesty you won’t be disappointed.

Un séjour méditerranéen formidable.

Ce qui rend cet appartement exceptionnel c’est son emplacement directement face à la mer. Que l’on soit à l’intérieur ou sur la terrasse la mer est toujours présente. La plage s’étend sur des kilomètres avec de nombreux restaurants à distance de marche. .

Escape to the beach

Wonderful oceanfront property with views to Gibraltar and Africa. Fully furnished and comfy it was a superb getaway.Make sure that you have a phone that works in Europe and/or wifi as it is a gated property and contact for check-in with the hosts is a must.

Stunning Apartment

The apartment is even better than on the pictures! Spotless place, great view onto the ocean, nice sandy beach, quiet and very clean. Apartamento con vistas

El apartamento nos gustó más que en las fotografías; está en una zona tranquila; bien decorado; con menaje justo pero suficiente; detalle de bienvenida, que se agradece, y con una terraza amplia con vistas al mar. El anuncio no es preciso en lo referente al aparcamiento, ya que especifica que hay parking a 70 metros y, en realidad, hay muy pocas plazas en el recinto para una urbanización tan grande. Todos los días que salimos a cenar, tuvimos que aparcar fuera debido a las plazas limitadas. Por otra parte, al final de la estancia quisimos usar la lavadora y empezó a salir toda el agua nada más ponerla en funcionamiento, menos mal que estábamos allí en ese momento. No pudimos utilizarla. Se debería revisar el funcionamiento de los electrodomésticos. Tenemos que señalar que habíamos leído muchos comentarios positivos respecto a la amabilidad de los propietarios, nosotros no podemos valorar este aspecto, ya que no los conocimos en ningún momento. El check in fue muy decepcionante, lo más negativo de nuestra estancia. Después de contactar por teléfono ese mismo día y, confirmándonos la entrada a las cuatro, recibimos un WhatsApp a esa misma hora de que avisemos 15 minutos antes de la llegada. Les comunicamos que ya estamos en la entrada de la urbanización y nos hacen esperar ¡¡¡media hora!!!, sin tener siquiera donde aparcar y después de un viaje. Es la primera vez que nos sucede algo semejante y lo peor es que ni se excusaron por ello.

Perfect Beach Home

I can’t say enough about our two week stay here. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s in the perfect location if you want a peaceful, relaxing stay steps to the beach, yet central for day trips to all the popular sites. The home is so comfortable and beautifully decorated with warmth and style. We had many meals on the spacious outdoor patio looking at the ocean, boats, dolphins, sunsets and Africa! Juan and Charo are so nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend to anyone. It will be one of the highlights of your vacation!

Our favourite holiday !

Juan and Charo’s property is beautiful inside and out: the apt. is modern and efficient with attractive Spanish decor; the gorgeous ocean and mountain views, along with the endless beach, provide daily pleasure. The well-maintained condo complex is within walking distance to several good restaurants. The hosts, Juan and Charo, along with their daughter, are exceptionally helpful and maintain regular contact with their guests.

Traumwohnung

Eine absolute Traumwohnung. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist phänomenal. Bei schönem Wetter waren wir viel auf der Terrasse, die sehr schön groß ist. Das Apartment ist sauber, groß und sehr gut eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass es mit Liebe dekoriert wurde. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir Obst, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Sehr gastfreundlich. Charo und Juan sind absolut nette Vermieter und über Whatsapp schnell erreichbar, wenn mal etwas ist. Wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüße Birgit und Monika
