Beachfront Newly Renovated Duplex with Sea Views

  • Este dúplex se encuentra en la urbanización Las Arenas dentro del complejo de Bahía de Marbella, y dispone acceso directo a la playa. Desde el apartamento, se pueden dar largos paseos por la playa pasando por lujosas villas y múltiples restaurantes.

    Este dúplex ha sido renovado recientemente dándole un toque actual y acogedor, dispone de una superficie de 165 m² divididos en dos plantas. La parte estrella de la propiedad son dos terrazas de 80m² con vistas al mar. la principal situada en la plata principal ofrece una parte comedor, salón de exterior y solárium con dos tumbonas. La terraza esta dotada de ventiladores y el apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado.

    La cocina se encuentra totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama y amplia gama de pequeños electrodomésticos.

    Disposición de las habitaciones:

    • Principal situada en la planta superior. Dispone de una cama doble (180 x 200 cm) extra grande, baño propio con bañera, vestidor y acceso privado a una terraza con vistas al mar.
    • Habitación doble situada en la planta principal con cama doble (150x200 cm).
    • Habitación con camas individuales (90x200cm) situada en la planta principal.
    • El baño situado en la planta principal dispone de ducha accesible.
    • A su vez el salón dispone de dos sofás cama.

    El salón es amplio y dispone de una televisión plana de 55 pulgadas. Dispone de dos amplios ventanales que dan salida a la terraza y que dan una gran luminosidad natural a la estancia.

    Hay una plaza de parking cubierto disponible y aparcamiento exterior a la entrada de la urbanización

This is a very spacious and lovely apartment in a complex right on the beach (little bit of a walk for restaurants but the kitchen at this place is fully functional and has everything you need). Any issues we had the host responded right away. Beautiful patio, comfortable sleeping arrangements, underground parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Mooi en ruim appartement met een groot terras met zicht op de mooie tuin, zwembad en zee, gelegen op een rustige locatie. Appartement was erg schoon en beschikte over een eigen parkeerplaats in de kelder. Communicatie met beheerder Javier via whatsapp verliep goed en hij reageerde altijd snel. Op loopafstand enkele strandtentjes, Marbella centrum is met de auto of Uber/Bolt 15minuutjes rijden.

Absolutely amazing stay, one of the most beautiful locations in all of the Costa del Sol. Five minute car drive to anything downtown, and immediate access to the beach. We very much enjoyed having patios facing every direction of the sun.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing family vacation. The kitchen, bedrooms, and living spaces were all thoughtfully stocked and comfortable. What you see in the listing photos is exactly what you get—no surprises, just a beautiful and peaceful place to unwind. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

2 couples had a great stay. We moved into this place from another smaller rental because the weather was bad and we needed more indoor space. We still used the large patio because much of it was covered. The place is as advertised and very nice. The only down side is you cannot really walk to any restaurant or populated boardwalk. However, the beach is great and if you are cooking at home there is a walkable grocery store. We would book he again!

La limpieza regular, tuvimos que limpiar las,mamparas de los baños nosotros. El apartamento muy bonito, decorado con mucho gusto. La ubicación muy cómoda, al lado de la playa pero faltan servicios. No hay supermercados cerca la experiencia ha sido buena

Great Apartment

We had great time in Marbella and the apartment we stayed was clean and modern. Especially having a big table on the terrace as well as inside when it is a hot day. We had 40C day, but was able to stay inside with air conditioning. Kids had wonderful time at the swimming pool. Both Arrate, the owner and Javier, the coordinator were wonderful and very very helpful. Thank you both!!

Vacation to visit our son

The property was nice, Javier was very helpful. There was an issue with the power getting tripped when too many appliances were being used. Eventually we figured it out but it was bothersome at first.

Great location and space

Ver clean unit with everything we needed. The location within walking distance and the parking spot made it very convenient for our family. The only thing we noticed was a sewage like smell that would waft in from the outside and sometimes from the bathroom upstairs. It was hard to tell why as it wasn’t consistent but it was noticeable. Maybe it was with the tide? Outside of that occasional smell the unit delivered on the expectation.

Beautiful modern, sophisticated condo in fabulous location and exceptional service!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this condo in Marbella! The three bedrooms were amazing, with super comfortable beds and blackout blinds for restful nights. The condo was impeccably clean, spacious and modern in design. It felt like a home away from home! The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you need and luxury appliances. The 3 terraces were beautiful and perfect for relaxing in the glorious weather. The big terrace had very comfortable couches and gorgeous views of the pool. Arratexu, the owner, provided exceptional service and was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Her prompt responses made planning easy. Javier was also amazing and met us at the condo when we arrived which was very helpful. Both Arratexu and Javier were available to answer all our questions during our stay and recommended amazing restaurants and things to do! The location was ideal, a 2 min walk to the beautiful beach which we swam in daily. We loved this beach over the beaches in downtown Marbella (which were super crowded). It was awesome we could walk into downtown Marbella along the board walk. We really enjoyed the 3 cafes/bars that were within a 10-15 min walk from the condo on the beach. The location was also perfect for exploring many towns (with a car) including Gilbraltor, Malaga, Ronda and Mijas. This condo and vacation exceeded our expectations and left us with amazing lifelong family memories. Highly recommend this condo!

Perfect stay

This was our first return to Marbella in almost two decades. The property and location were perfect for our family. We enjoyed the thoughtful touches to the condo and the location to the beach and access to the highway to Marbella and other areas was ideal. We enjoyed the large balcony and the full kitchen and clothes washing equipment.

The best !

The house was perfect. Had everything we needed. Arrate uncle (Mr. Javier) was waiting for us although we arrived early Sunday Morning. They are both very helpful. The house was very clean, The terrace is amazing. It's a safe place with security. The beach is literally 3 min walk (go right). A car is a must. But again, the house is very well situated and nothing is too far. The pool is big enough. The whole compound is very clean and well maintained. It was a pleasure returning home after a long day out. A true home away from home. Highly recommended. Thank you Arrate and Javier!

Perfect stay!

The apartment was a wow-factor! Very spacious, modern, cosy and clean. I think this must be one of the best apartments to this price. The area (Bahia de Marbella) is also a safe place with fences and a guard. We felt very safe. The pool is right outside and it’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Both Arrate and her uncle Javier is very service minded. We met Javier in the apartment at 2am to get the keys, and he was just the sweetest man. ❤️ I can really recommend this place.
