Apartment, Pool Complex and Tropical Gardens in Walking Distance of Puerto Banus

The apartment is ideally located just a short distance from the well known resort of Puerto Banus and with easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants as well as the shopping centre. Staying here perfectly combines the joys of relaxing in acres of lovely gardens and you are still just a short walk away from the fine sandy beaches of exciting, chic Puerto Banus with its world famous marina, luxurious yachts, designer shops, a great choice of restaurants and vibrant night life. For the perfect apartment and a perfect holiday you don´t need to look any further!

The apartment is located in a large complex with 24 hour security and has wonderful sub tropical gardens, a choice of two large swimming pools one north and one south of central area with lifeguards and children´s pools (both pools are open 01 June to Mid September, 1 pool is open for limited hours Mid to End of May and Mid to End of September). Sun loungers are provided.

There is a day time cafe/night time restaurant providing delicious refreshments on site as well as 4 padel tennis courts, a basketball court and a children´s play area as well as a cashpoint.

This beautiful apartment is serviced by air-conditioning or heating and has marble floors throughout. There is a lounge/dining room with corner suite and dining table for 6 that leads out onto a spacious terrace. It is comfortable and well equipped. Apart from the living room and kitchen, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two twin bedded. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a shared bathroom for the twin bedded rooms.

The lounge has a large flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick allowing you to access your Apps eg Netflix and terrestrial Spanish stations, a DVD player and an iPod docking sound system for those who enjoy bringing their own music.

The spacious terrace is fully tiled and provides an ideal place to relax at the end of a long day; there is also an al fresco dining area for those lovely summer nights and sun loungers for those who don´t want to go too far. The property is equipped with a highchair, travel cot and changing mat for those with young children. Hire of strollers or car seats are available on request for an additional fee.

Golf at extremely competitive prices is available from numerous local courses, such as La Dama De Noche course which is just next door, Los Naranjos and La Quinta to name a few. For those who like to stay close to home, the kitchen has an induction hob and oven as well as a microwave. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

Unlimited Wifi is freely available.

Interim stay cleaning and laundry services, as well as private pick up from the airport are available on request for an additional fee.

Nice apartment

This was nice,clean apartment,restaurant was closed but online it was open,being renovated,pool looked great,you can get good taxi service from here, our host Caron was very good with details etc.Only problem was with our bed which we informed Simon our contact with and photo,he did know about it,but never informed us,disappointed and no apology. Booking through Virbo is very good,can recommend.

Fabulous!

I read most of the reviews before I booked this apartment and I was not disappointed! It has everything you need for a long or short term stay and more...the kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of gadgets....the bedrooms are bright and airy. The Little extras are very welcome too.as in the books in different languages...tvs in each room..(albeit small),the Alexas in different locations.. These are extras i have never seen in any other apartments anywhere. The location is perfect...6 mins walk to the nearest supermarket. allinall it was a fabulous stay and I hope to return.

Een heerlijk onderkomen / A wonderful accommodation

Ideale ligging en voorzien van alle gemakken.Tot onze verbazing waren er basis ingrediënten in de specerijen kast maar er stond ook wasmiddel en wat kleine maar handige basis voorraden om te beginnen.Voor ons was het als een thuis haven nadat we vele km's hadden gereden om Andalusië te bezichtigen. Ideal in terms of location and all amenities.To our surprise there were basic ingredients in the spice cupboard but there was also detergent and some small but handy basic supplies to get started.For us it was like a home base after we had driven many kilometers to visit Andalusia.It was wonderful to stay there during the Christmas holidays.Caron Weaver, thank you very much for staying at your accommodation

Séjour reposant au soleil

Très bel appartement, bien conçu et très bien aménagé. Grande terrasse avec table, coin canapé et bains de soleil. Contact fluide et rapide la propriétaire, qui est très réactive. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine de la résidence (séjour en novembre).

Buena estancia, susceptible de mejoras.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido bastante positiva. El apartamento ha satisfecho en general nuestras expectativas y la comunicación (en inglés) con la propietaria ha sido correcta. Bien situado, la urbanización cuenta con dos piscinas grandes y con horario amplio de baño. Lo peor ... los mosquitos. Nos han acribillado. Y las avispas son de un tamaño considerable. La abundante vegetación de la urbanización, hace que estos insectos se hagan notar. Propuestas de mejora del apartamento: necesita un repaso de pintura (las paredes están muy manchadas), los detalles de cortesia para los ocupantes son casi inexistentes y sería muy deseable una copia en español de las instrucciones entregadas. Para las personas que no dominen el inglés, les puede resultar farragoso la estancia en el. Parece casi destinado a personas de habla inglesa y no pensado para población autóctona del país. uba urba urbanización tranquila

Fantastic, I would repeat.

The apartment includes all the amenities you may need, TV in every room, modern appliances, air conditioning... the urbanization has great facilities, a large swimming pool. Very close to Puerto Banus. Highly recommended.

Family holiday.

We had a lovely time at the summer rental apartment. Playing padel and enjoying the sun by the pool with just a few people around made for a perfect holiday. There were always enough sun beds available, which was a great convenience. The apartment itself is of a good standard, and my family enjoyed coming back to it each day. We look forward to returning in the future!

Perfect !

Super apartment in a super residence! We were delighted with our stay in the Caron ' s apartment. Very spacious ( 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms ) and very large terrace . Everything was very clean and well equipped. The residence La Dama de Notche is very quiet and very nice. 6 padel courts and 2 swimming pools. Communication with the owner, Caron : perfect ! Always available and very reactive, I highly recommend it. despite the distance.

Great location, lovely pool and gardens

Overall location is great, pool was really big and nice. Property is a little tired, could do with a fresh clean of paint and some updates internally . Main bedroom was good, single beds were not very comfy, however as a summer pad it’s ok, AC works well, nice garden, and fully equipped. We had a little blip on arrival but Caron was great and resolved everything quickly

Had lovely stay!!!

Had amazing stay at the property for a week. In very nice location. Close to Puerto Banús and other places. Very spacious, has all amenities that you would need. Caron was very helpful and very fast responsive ! Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay

Good sized apartment with large outside area. Well equipped accommodation in good location. Everything needed was provided. We had a very enjoyable stay in Caron apartment, set in beautiful surroundings in a well maintained and manicured complex. 20 minutes walk in several directions takes you to a large variety of eating and drinking options. The pool was fantastic, spacious and inviting, lifeguards always in attendance, plenty of room and sunbeds for everyone. Our arrival was trouble free and went exactly as planned. Easy to find and with good directions provided, everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Really good appartment

Very tidy and really good equipped and modern appartment, quick and reliable communication with the owner, helpful instructions to get along with it all. Fair price. Unfortunately, due to the highway nearby, the terrace ist not the nice and quiet place that it could be. Overall surely recommendable.

Estancia maravillosa en la Dama de Noche

Hemos estado de vacaciones una semana en la casa de la Dama de Noche y ha sido una estancia maravillosa. La casa está muy bien equipada y no le falta detalle, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. La urbanización es grande y bonita con dos piscinas grandes y hamacas y sombrillas. Urbanización segura y muy tranquila y a 10-15 minutos andando de Puerto Banús. Muy recomendable.

Very relaxing holiday

We’ve just returned from our 2nd stay at la dame de noche. The development is lovely with well maintained gardens and the added bonus of the bellini bar where you can get drinks, snacks, ice creams and full meals. The swimming pool is fantastic, we could get sunbeds easily at anytime of day and it has a lovely relaxing feel to it. We hired a car and although it’s not essential, I would recommend. We were able to get taxis from outside the apartment fairly easily, but in high season it is extremely busy. The apartment itself has a lovely outdoor space, is close to the pool and is comfortable albeit fairly basic. Communication with the host Caron is brilliant, you get fast responses and she is very helpful. Check in and check out is very easy and the complex feels very safe. La dame de noche is a lovely base for a relaxing holiday, there are hundreds of restaurants within a 5 minute cab ride (20 minute walk) and if you want a quieter night away from the busyness of the port I’d recommend trying the area of Aloha gardens and also Shango’s. We look forward to returning one day. Thank you Caron xx
