"Lovely place to stay ,exactly as advertised. Great base for exploring Cornwall. Can defiinitely recommed!"

"We had a few minor problems on arrival, which are charming host sorted quickly. The house and location are stunning. It is close to the beach, various eateries and a Post Office/ local store.The steps up to the house were challenging, but worth the effort. All the rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. "The property was in an ideal location for walking. The accommodation had everything we needed apart from there was no coat hangers. The food at the pub was very good especially the Sunday lunch. It was very quiet at night. We walked from the property to Lands End. There was a Spar close by. The accommodation was very clean but there was a slight problem with damp in the bathroom. I would stay here again "

"Wow this house is amazing. Great location with sea views . Beautifully modern and clean . We stayed as a group of 8 and had plenty of room . Highlights were the hot tub and outdoor area . The hosts went above and beyond and always answered queries quickly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again . "

"The property was very well maintained clean and comfortable. Parking was just up the road where there was plenty of room at the side of the road. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The POD was great for a couple of nights but wouldn't have been suitable for a longer stay due to its size. The POD is in the owners garden. It was a 20 minute walk from St. Ives Harbour but there was a bus stop a short walk away."

"The best of the stay for us was how thoughtfully things were made available to cater to the needs of the guest. From the Welcome book which had instructions and takeout menus to the safety pins in the drawers to the utensils in the kitchen. The location as well made our stay so much better, there is Co-op a couple meters away and short walk to the seafront. "

"Fantastic location, plenty of parking, everything you need (home from home) However the property is tired and needs some tlc. The garden is overgrown and the hedges are unkept which obstruct the sea views. Overall I would definitely recommend the property. "

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, train station and cultural high points like Tate Gallery St. Ives. "This was our second stay at Bettys Cottage and our 25th Wedding Anniversary. It was wonderful! The cottage has everything you need, it’s a quick walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.We both highly recommend this beautiful home and can’t wait to book our third stay "

"The cottage is a short walk from the various beaches and shops of St Ives, so perfect for a short break in the town. The cottage is well equip and it's amazing how everything is fitting into the place.The only negative side is the lack of parking and having to stop on a double yellow to load/unload. It took us about an hour to find a parking space when we arrived, so plan ahead!"

"we loved it. access to the Cornwall buses was easy and vital to those travelling Cornwall. the locals were very welcoming and helpful. restaurants were exceptional. the cottage was a delight, comfortable and very accessible "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our night in the yurt. An outdoor kitchen with pots, pans and tableware was provided. It even had a sink with running water. Steve stopped by and made sure we were all settled. Friendly host! If you are into to glamping, we highly recommend it."

Penzance is within walking distance with all the shops you need. The room has a very beautiful view over St Michael’s Mount. All of them for a reasonable price! "
