With a panoramic view of The Gulf of Mexico and Hawks Cay Marina, our condo boasts a wrap-around screened in porch between our double master bedrooms and large living area that offers you many options to take in the stunning view during your stay. This condo is all on one floor and has an elevator for easy access.

About Hawks Cay Resort and Duck Key: Outside of the condo, enjoy your stay in a luxurious golf cart community with the pleasure of everything in walking distance, if that's what you prefer! Hawk's Cay offers a number of restaurants and activities that are open to public, including: Angler & Ale Dockside Fresh Dining, Sixty-One Prime Steakhouse, Hawk's Cay Dolphin Experience, Calm Waters Spa, boat charters for a deep sea fishing experience, snorkeling excursions, sunset cruises, boat rentals, kayak rentals, paddle board rentals, and so much more!

About the area: Duck Key is conveniently located between Marathon and Islamorada, both Keys that offer an endless list of things to do during your stay. Marathon is just 10 miles away; Islamorada is 17 miles away. In Marathon - Check out Sombrero Beach, additional boat charters, snorkeling experiences, boat rentals, and great restaurants like The Island Fish Company and Florida Keys Steak & Lobster House. You'll also find Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores in Marathon. In Islamorada - You'll find even more opportunities to rent or charter a boat, go snorkeling, attend Theater of the Seas, and enjoy great restaurants like Square Grouper and Ziggie & Mad Dogs Steakhouse.

About the condo: The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a delicious meal, as well as a dry bar with a beverage fridge and entertaining accessories. The condo has 3 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms with king sized beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin sized beds) and 2 full sized bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own smart TV and all linens are provided for you during your stay. The condo is also equipped with a front load washer and dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay. When it's time to relax, click on the colorful electric fireplace (available with or without heat), and enjoy the electric recliner and couch or the outdoor patio with pocketing doors to take in the stunning view. Our advice - don't miss the opportunity to watch the sunrise or sunset from the patio.

Beautiful, quiet and clean property. Host very responsive.Brought our boat there. Trailer parking is offisite and included with slip rental at the marina. The marina is walking distance and boat slip visible from balcony. Slip prices vary by season. We went mid September and was 325 for 3 days.

We had a wonderful time in Duck Key. The condo was really comfortable, clean and in an excellent location. The only improvement we would suggest is to add a door to the bathroom in the bedroom with the bathroom.

Great Stay!

Traveled with my wife and in-laws to Florida Keys for a family wedding. Was our first visit to Florida Keys and this condo was perfect! The place is in pristine condition and had everything needed while there. The pictures in posting don't do this place justice and is 5-star. Location was also great as it wasn't in a populated area and a short-drive to anything you need. Highly recommend for all ages as the toddler with us was able to roam around the condo without any concerns for their safety as the patio is well protected. Will definitely keep this place in mind if we visit the Florida Keys again!

Underwhelmed

We stayed in this condo for 4 nights. Cable had been turned off since 2024, the WiFi was not connected. Owner fixed the WiFi issue but it was so weak that none of the TV’s would stream- making for very boring rainy periods for our 3 kiddos. Hall sink and one of the master sinks had zero pressure and there is no door to the master bath- only the door to the room. The “view” from the wrap around porch was of cranes and a construction zone- which started work at around 7am every morning of our stay. Lastly- the property listing includes photos of the Hawks Cay resort map. Beware- this listing will not allow access to many of the resort amenities. Overall- pretty bad stay.

Great Home Base for a Keys Trip!

Very clean property, nicely upgraded and maintained. We loved spending time on the screened in patio. There is a new washer-dryer, and the owner was kind and communicative. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

We just returned from a Spring Break get-away to Duck Key. This condo was perfect for myself ], husband and our niece (13) and nephew (11)! The floor plan was very conducive with large/modern bedrooms and bathrooms and terrific extra space on the back deck. Our host was very responsive on the morning when we had trouble locating the toaster! He helped us locate it within 30 minutes of the initial communication! Lovely place to stay!!!

Cross country trip for a family wedding.

The condo was well appointed and immaculately clean! Having traveled by air there are several items we simply could not bring. We found so many extras like a large cooler and beach bag even pickle ball set up. Those items really helped us enjoy our over all stay in FL for the off times of the wedding events. Thanks again for the thoughtfulness!

Condo was just what we wanted

Three single women enjoyed the condo. Nice to have an elevator to go up three floors. Three bedrooms meant that we each had our privacy. The spacious lanai was super with a nice space for meals and conversation. Nice property for walking or biking. Convenient location to Marathon, where we found some interesting activities - Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Hammock, and the Turtle Hospital. All three had very interesting guided tours. We enjoyed a day trip in Key West - 1.5 hours drive each way.
