If you are looking to enjoy the natural beauty, and romantic stay in a rear cabin independent of the main house but with a patio that shares the amenities of games and entertainment of a mini resort our Oceanfront Apartment is the place for you. You and your couple can enjoy the exclusivity this property will give you, like the 5 kayak and fishing rods, volleyball, chess, bowling, carbon BBQ grill, propane BBQ and a fire pit.

The space

It is very small, only for 2 people without children or pets, although in the main house as it is for families there may be children, but not pets.
A fully equipped apartment with a double bed, full bathroom, kitchen and a small space to eat.
Check in 4:00 pm and check out 10:00 am.

Guest access

The apartment is located at the back of the property, exactly facing the sea, and is accessed through the side corridor. Please do not block the hallway with cars, parking is in front of the property
You have access to all backyard activities, such as the 5 kayak, life jackets and fishing rods, volleyball, chess, bowling, carbon and propane BBQ grill, and a fire pit. Anything that is under the main house outdoor tarp is NOT allowed to be used by cabin guests.

The laundry

They have access to the laundry which they share with the main house, liquids are available.
The laundry is available to the tenants to wash their personal clothes, but we sincerely appreciate that they do not wash the sheets, towels or any bedding in the cabin, Because many times they have not been able to dry it and since they did not enter another rental behind, it gets damp and the clothes get moldy and we have to throw them away, please DO NOT WASH OUR BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

Other things to note

The property has a separate Main Family House, which is also rented for 8 other people that include couples, children and the elderly and in this case they would be sharing ONLY the laundry and patio games.
The beach is extremely shallow and depends on the tides, as you go deeper into the ocean it gets deeper.
Depending on the time of year, it may be only one foot deep or 2 feet deep if the tide is high.
The seabed only at the entrance may or may not be soft or hard, the sediment. If you want to swim you must go into the ocean to look for the deeper areas, or otherwise we recommend nearby beaches such as Sombrero Beach or Bahia Honda.
You may or may not find Sargasso, insects, objects washed up from the ocean on our beach, really strong winds, etc.
To fish at high tide you can do it in the backyard of the house, but at low tides you should go fishing on the bridges near the property or on both sides of the road.
Please note this home is a minimum 7 day Booking
You must be 25 and older to book and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
Max Occupancy (2 people) at any time can not be surpassed or you will be asked to leave.
NO lifeguard on the property, swim at your own risk.
NO pets allowed, NO Smoking, vaping, and cigarettes allowed inside.
You can smoke on the outdoor patio, but please do not throw the cigar on the floor
Doorbell video camera in use.

GARBAGE: It is in the BROWN tanks. It is collected on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, you must make sure you take them out the day before (Monday and Friday night)
Place the BROWN tanks near the mailbox. Please enter them after passing the collection truck.

RECYCLING: It is in the BLUE tank and is collected every Saturday morning, it is taken out the day before (Friday night) Place the BLUE tank near the mailbox. Please enter them after passing the collection truck.

PLEASE Do not throw paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash in the toilet.
Careful BBQ with external Propane in use.
Please follow all rules and regulations, as we would have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.
