Thank you for your interest in The BeachComer - our amazing town home in Coral Lagoon (Villa #13), in beautiful Marathon, FL with a 40' boat slip (slip #15). This two-story 3 BR /2.5 BA 1360 SQ FT home is perfect for your next Florida Keys vacation.

Enjoy resort features in a clean and comfortable home setting: The home’s first floor offers a spacious, open floor plan. The full-service kitchen, with stainless steel appliances granite counter tops, and new pots, pans, and chef's knives, opens to the dining area with comfortable seating for 8, which flows to the family room with plenty of room for your whole crew to hang out. The couch contains a sofa sleeper that sleeps 2. French doors open to a large and airy outdoor covered deck with water views, the perfect place to enjoy those special little vacation moments such as witnessing a sunset, enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing with a good book, preparing for your day on the water, sharing and celebrating your new-found adventures, or star gazing under a tropical sky. A stylish half-bath is also conveniently located on the first floor.

The second floor offers 3 bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and 2 full bathrooms. The large Master Suite has a king-size bed, comfortable seating, separate his and her closets, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, granite vanity, and a linen closet. French doors lead to the Suite’s huge private balcony with stunning views of the waterway and facing west for the sunsets. The Queen Suite has a queen-size bed and overlooks the resort’s gorgeously lush and pristinely landscaped grounds. The Twin Suite has 2 twin beds.The Queen Suite and the Twin Suite share a full bathroom with a tub/shower and granite vanity. Every bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a TV with cable. The BeachComer provides secure, high speed WiFi Internet (200 megabit+).

For the fishing and boating enthusiasts: Coral Lagoon is one of the only resorts in the Keys to have IMMEDIATE access to the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf. Your BeachComer rental includes our 40 ft boat slip (#15) on a deep-water canal located just steps from your back deck. Slip includes water and 30 AMP electricity. The Boat House Marina is located on site and provides full services such as a private boat ramp, valet trailer parking ($25/day), fuel, ice and fish cleaning facilities.

*NOTE* The boat slip is currently NOT available for use. The canal is under repair. Work is expected to begin in August 2025 and last 3 months.

We had the best time at the Coral Lagoon! The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Quick, prompt communication from the owners/host was a huge plus!! Highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back!

New Year’s Stay

Property was amazing! Very clean, plenty of amenities, and an excellent location for us. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels and linens. Soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hair dryer, etc. Pool area was nice and appeared to be heated. We did not use the pool, but dipped our toes. Dock is right out the back door. Canal was under repair during our stay.We had a great time and would highly recommend.

2024 Fishing Trip

Our fishing group of five stayed for four nights. The condo was clean and accommodating. There is a nice deck overlooking the canal with a grill so we were able to grill our catch at the end of the day. The pool is very nice and just a short walk from the condo. There was an issue with the a/c I reached out when we left to go fishing and when we returned it was fixed. The Island Fish Co is pretty much across the street and was an awesome experience. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy home in a great location!

We visited in June and had a wonderful stay. The home was fully stocked and clean. We loved having a slip for our boat out back and a sitting area on the back porch. Our favorite restaurants were Burdine’s and Island Fish Company. We didn’t have the right weather for deep sea fishing, but we enjoyed fishing inshore and visiting local spots, like the Turtle Hospital and Aquarium Encounters!

We’ve stayed at Coral Lagoon many times. This villa was very clean, good communication with owner, everything was working and comfortable. Debbie and Marina employees all very helpful and nice with boat docking. Easy access to Atlantic and Gulf.

First trip with the new boat!

Three buddies and I took the new boat down from North Florida for a week! Plenty of room for the boat and super convenient to have it right out back. The marina folks were nice, check in was easy, house was clean and comfortable, and the pool was great! I would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!!!

Entspannte Tage auf den Florida Keys

Wir hatten das Haus über Fewo für drei Übernachtungen gebucht. Es entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung auf dem Portal und bietet für eine Gruppe bis zu acht Personen auch genug Platz. Es liegt mitten im Herzen von Marathon an einem kleinen Kanal der direkt zum Golf führt. Wer die Ruhe der Keys genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Highlights wie der Sombrero Beach und auch die Delfin Station sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Key West ist in einer guten Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Check in verlief klaglos alle Details wurden vom Gastgeber rechtzeitig mitgeteilt. Im Ganzen eine schöne und gelungene Zeit.

Great townhouse in great location

We rented this house with our two teenage boys. The property was exactly as described. The check-in process was simple and the house was immaculate. There were plenty of towels and linens provided. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. The washer/dryer worked perfectly and the air conditioning was cool! The community pool was pristine, as the entire property is. The views from the back porch/deck are amazing. I can't say enough positive things about this rental. It was A+++. We used this rental as a homebase for driving North to Islamorada (Lazy Days is great to eat at) and South to Key West, and everything in between. Bahia Honda State Park (Calusa Beach) for snorkeling and swimming was a highlight of our trip. We also enjoyed a fishing charter with John Callion where we caught barracuda, jack, and shark! Curry Hammock State Park was a great place to watch the sunset and do some evening fishing. And Oceanfront Park in Marathon was also a great place to fish. We rented tackle gear from Marathon Bait and Tackle, and at $25/week it's a steal! We definitely will rent this house again if we can come back to the Keys for a vacation! Thanks to the Comers for sharing their property with others!

Perfect!

This place is the perfect spot in the Keys for an amazing family vacation. Clean, plenty of room, close to everything you need and all the activities you want to do. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a perfect stay in Marathon.
