At Sunset Catch, you will never fall short on space, our house boasts its own private screen in porch and overlooks the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Offering a relaxing “home away from home”, everything your family needs is under one roof.
Master suite features a king size bed with magnificent ocean view with a private master bathroom. Also a comfortable twin trundle and a twin pull out mattress.
Guess bathroom with tub/ shower, plenty of towels.
Utility closet with washer and dryer.
2nd bedroom has two full size beds and a futon.
3rd bedroom with a king size bed.
Fully-equipped open kitchen that capture our great ocean view. The comfortable living room with a 55-inch plasma TV and a wrap around leather sofa completes with a dining table for 8.
2) Sparkling Pool
Much of your family time in Marathon will center itself around water, whether in it, on it or lounging around it. We have a pool for you to take a dip and cool down. Your little ones will be endlessly entertained splashing around and swimming style under the tropical skies of Sunset Catch. (Pool heat available for an additional fee of $150 a week upon request)
3) Private Sand Backyard
You’ll soon feel your toes into our sandy backyard it is the perfect haven for the whole family to unwind and have fun. Plenty of lounges, dining table, gas BBQ grill, hammock and Adirondack chairs. Please note that the water shore has rocks, corals and sea grasses. Enter the ocean by using the ladder at the end of the 200 feet dock which it is a fantastic place to overlook the crystal waters and all the wildlife you can imagine.
4) Exciting Watersports
There is opportunity to make a splash at Sunset Catch, bring your boat or rent one, and tie up to the deep-water dock 4 ft at low tide. (Sorry we do not rent boat lift). Dock has running water, fish cleaning table, and lights. If you are not a boater the dock is great for fishing, snorkeling or kayaking. The warm waters surrounding us are teeming with tropical fish, sea grasses, waiting to be explored, making it a colorful paradise for scuba divers and snorkelers.
5) A Sunset to Remember
No trip to the Florida Keys is complete without an evening watching the sun go down, and at Sunset Catch your family can celebrate spectacular sunsets together from our dock. Try a tropical drink and relax. It’s a perfect spot to watch the tropical orange glow sparkle on the ocean before disappearing on the horizon, ready to rise again the next morning. Sunsets will become part of your family’s special vacation memories.

Many families find Sunset Catch, difficult to leave. However, Marathon is home to a range of attractions to add even more fun to your family vacation, including the Dolphin Research Center which runs a variety of programs including the Dolphin Dip, a perfect way to plunge into unforgettable fun. Families can also meet sea turtles at the Turtle Hospital, discover shells, fish tanks and pirate costumes at Crane Point Hammock, and make friends with herons, owls, pelicans and egrets at the Florida Keys Wild Bird Center. Don’t forget to try the new Aquarium Encounters attraction where you can hand feed sharks and get up close and personal with other exciting sea creatures.
