Welcome to our exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home nestled in the heart of paradise! This upscale waterfront retreat offers an unforgettable blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Nestled on a canal right off the Gulf, our home is perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway with family or friends, or exciting adventures out on the ocean!

• Dock: 60 feet of dockage, complete with a 50-amp shore power hookup for added convenience. (need canal depth)

• Pet-friendly: Pets are welcome! Please notify us in advance and adhere to our pet policy. The yard is fully fenced for your convenience, except the canal side.
• Fishing Enthusiasts: Shaded fish cleaning station, bait freezer, 5 minutes ride to open Gulf.
• Parking: 4 parking spaces and room for boat trailer parking.

This home has plenty of room for rest and rejuvenation. The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, a TV, and direct access to the serene screened-in porch. Bedroom 2 provides a cozy retreat with a comfortable ​​queen-sized bed, TV, and convenient access to the porch as well. Unwind in your private tropical retreat, featuring a luxurious oversized pool and spa, surrounded by lush landscaping. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate 60 feet of dockage with a 50-amp shore power hookup. For fishing lovers, there's a bait freezer, fish-cleaning station, and a propane grill to cook your catch. Two kayaks are also available for exploring. This outdoor paradise has everything you need for the perfect getaway!

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. ••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

Paradise Cove

The pool had some issues, but other than that it was a great place to stay. House was very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor furniture is old and worn, but still comfortable.

Nice kitchen but otherwise the property is pretty beaten up

The inside of the property is in much better shape than the outside areas. The deck canal side is literally rotting underfoot. The covered area is enjoyable but again not in great shape. The yard is covered in weeds and there was dog poop probably from a previous renter. It could be fixed up a bit and be a really great place.

No refund during hurricane storm

The check in time of 5 o’clock is too late in the day. Hurricane was moving in and the winds and rain would not allow us to use the tiki or take out a boat, which was the attraction of the property, on the canal. The pouring rain was pouring in through the roof and into the enclosed patio, so we could not enjoy the property, Or get outside at all. Basically stuck in the house we left after 48 hours. No refund was issued for the days that the schools were closed down and the trash collection was canceled, etc. even though it was not a mandatory evacuation, we only stayed a few days and expected some type of reimbursement or a voucher for future rental and they did not give us one

Spacious house

The house was very spacious and loved the kitchen. The master bath doesn’t have a door so it was hard to utilize with other family members. The outside area was not maintained. Very small spa, furniture by water was dry rotted and some of the stones on patio were unstable.
