** CONSTRUCTION UPDATE** The Marina is currently repairing all of the canal boat slips with a completion date looking like it will be sometime in March 2026. During this construction, the canal behind the town homes is fenced off, with the fencing being located just off the back porch. If you still want to book and are needing a Boat Slip, you can reserve a slip at the marina right there for an additional cost- The Boat House Marina! If you are planning on bringing a boat, contact The Boat House Marina at 305-481-0653.

Thank you for viewing our gorgeous Coral Lagoon 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1,300 sq ft town home located in Trip Advisor's #1 Rated resort in Marathon.

Coral Lagoon, located Oceanside, consists of 25 waterfront town homes with it's own beautiful and private heated pool for Coral Lagoon guests. Adjacent to Coral Lagoon is Boathouse Marina, which has a private ramp, trailer parking, large covered fish cleaning station, fuel and ice. With boat slips available right there at The Boat House Marina there, which is part of Coral Lagoon, this place is absolutely perfect for the boating, fishing and diving enthusiasts. Being right next to Vaca Cut, there is very quick access to both the Atlantic and Gulf. To reserve a Boat Slip, please contact The Boat House Marina at 305-481-0653.

This town home has just been refurnished and is gorgeous. The Master bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has new bunk beds with a full and a twin.

BRINGING A BOAT? Coral Lagoon is part of and adjacent to The Boat House Marina, which is Marathon's finest marina. You will be required to provide boat insurance info and sign a lease and pay a $50 lease fee at The Boat House Marina. If you don't have a boat but wish to rent one we recommend Island Time Boat Rentals. Ask for Mike Show and tell them you are staying in our Coral Lagoon town home and you will get a 10% discount. Also, Captain Hooks, is just a short walking distance away and has bait, tackle and snorkeling gear.

Also included with our town home is secure, high speed WiFi Internet, Cable TV, and Televisions and DVD players in all rooms.

The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests. A pair of french doors at the rear of residence open to a large covered patio and the perfect retreat for your morning coffee.

The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, cable TV, dvd players in all rooms, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway.

Coral Lagoon also has a private heated pool which is great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as...... local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores, and bars.

Clean place. Location is ok as directly off main highway. Very expensive rate. The fencing around the canal was a bummer but we were forewarned. The biggest issue we had was in the master bedroom - the sliding door to the bathroom is comical.., it doesn’t fit and it doesn’t stay closed ever .., really poor quality work and it was annoying . The master bed is falling apart and we were seriously worried it was going to break if we just sat on it . The squeaks were incessant.The owners seemed nice and let us check in a couple hours early. I guess for the cost of this place I was expecting much more.Thanks

Keys vacation

Property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Seawall was under construction so we had to rent a slip at the attached Marina, but this was spelled out in the booking so wasnt a surprise to us. We will definitely be visiting again!

Great location in Marathon!

Beautiful condo. Everything you need, and everything worked. The TV wouldn’t let us watch YouTube TV about the middle of our stay because it was “out of memory”. Didn’t bother us much. Would definitely stay again. Reasonable price and in the center of everything in Marathon. Great communication with owners. Loved it!

Great Location and Beautiful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with owners was excellent. Condo is updated nicely and very clean. The landscaping is beautiful. We rented a boat and were able to utilize a courtesy slip at the marina next to the property. We would definitely stay here again. Hope to return soon.

Rough checkin but nice location

The host had communicated with us exclusively through Vrbo, but sent checkin information via email outside of VRBO that never arrived. This led to us not being able to get into the unit for an hour after our arrival. That hour was spent in useless chats with VRBO and phone calls with customer service until finally we were able to connect with the host. The unit was convenient to local sites and restaurants a short drive away. Outside decks on lower and upper levels were nice places to hang out. The stairs in the unit are shallow and have an elevated lip that caused one of our elderly family members to trip and fall at the base of the stairs since there’s no handrail there. The emergency room at the fisherman’s community hospital was one of the nicest medical facilities we have been to. I just wish we didn’t have to add that to our vacation destinations.

What I’m glad I knew before we went but wish I’d known before we booked . . .

Coincidentally a couple of days before we went a friend who is familiar with Coral Lagoon told us about its sinkhole which will need extensive construction to fix. As a result we learned after we booked but before we arrived about the 5’high chain link fence which walls off the canal from the condos on the east side, including #12. The lack of direct access to the water and the impaired view were disappointing since we spent most of our time on the porch. There was no active construction when we were there. It wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, attractive and well equipped. The tile in the hall bath in particular was gorgeous. The only downside in the interior was the lack of privacy in the primary bathroom because of the barn-style door.

Fun in the Sun

We enjoyed our stay at Coral Lagoon #12. The property was everything advertised. The townhome had comfortable beds, plenty of seating, and a nice kitchen with all the right pots and pans. We were able to keep the boat we rented right in front of the condo at no extra charge. There were good places to eat near by and it was a short drive to Key West. All in all a good trip.

We LOVED this place. The neighborhood is so friendly and the pool is great, the best part was the convenience of having the boat right in the water. Plus the house was an absolute gem. Will 100% be back!

Perfect spot for boat days!!

This condo was perfect for our family and our boat! Well decorated and furnished and a great bunk room for the kids! So convenient to have the boat just feet from the back door and the heated pool was a perfect way to end the day! Convenient to everything in marathon but in a quiet community where we could relax. Easy access to the gulf and the Atlantic. We will definitely stay here again when we come back down

Christmas in Marathon

Coral Lagoon was very comfortable for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the heated pool. We were a little disappointed that there was no hot tub as it was listed as an amenity on the VRBO listing. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!!

Lovely and spacious

Beautiful property in a townhome community. Very clean, quiet, and spacious. All 3 bedrooms had balconies, and the back deck overlooked the canal. Definitely recommend!
