Hallways are gross- carpet is filthy- and hallway walls need some help. Room itself isn’t bad- cute decor and clean but our room had water damage near sliding door. Beds are very uncomfortable. "We stayed in the Citta deli Nicliani for one week in late April which was the best time to see the abundance of wild flowers in Mani. Tanya and Elias are the most generous hosts one could wish for and are ably assisted in the running of the Hotel by Daram. Their combined knowledge and enthusiasm for the area and advice on which historical sites to view including the number of haunting Ghost Towns was invaluable. It’s extremely challenging if you encounter another vehicle from the opposite direction. The amenities are lacking. Food and snack options are extremely limited and that’s a problem when the hotel has nothing near by you can walk to. They offer no snacks no lunch options. "5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. The hotel is a short walk from a small beach and town harbor and near several excellent dining options....
