"This hotel is tucked-away and up a short, steep driveway. We had been on the road for several days before arriving, and this spot had more personality than other places we stayed. We had one of the upstairs rooms that contained a large Jacuzzi bath, and that was a treat after a long day of driving. The disadvantage of that amenity was the room is a bit small for it, so it was cramped; but the pay-off of the hot bath made it worthwhile. "Quiet and peaceful. Nice view of the lake. Walls were a bit thin and we could hear the couple in the next room arguing late at night. Also the keycode for the door lock did not work but the owner came and reset it so we were able to get in. It is a bit off the main drag, but that is what made it quiet (except for the neighbors). We would stay there again."

"The receptionists at the front desk was very nice and cheerful! Her demeanor was pleasant and inviting. The property was clean, aside from one dark hair on the hand towel in the bathroom.
