The house was in a great location. Situated on a beautiful tree lined street and within walking distance to the beach and town. There was a cozy feel and a beachy vibe that was excentuated by the outdoor space. We very much enjoyed our time and would stay again.

Perfect. Each Stay

Such a great home nestled in the trees. It is a short walk to the beach or the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. It was peaceful, has an amazing front patio space and a jacuzzi. Great WiFi and the tv is a Roku device so you an easily access your favorite Netflix or MAX shows. Kitchen has ample dishes and flatware. Fridge is spacious and makes ice which was a huge plus. This place is perfect to make your own meals or just take a quick stroll to the Main Street. People in the area are very friendly and everyone seems very relaxed. The big plus is how incredibly dog friendly Manzanita is.

Moms Bday

The home was spotless. Good location. I could hear the ocean from my bedroom. The hot tub was great. The check in process was easy. It was a beach trip for my Mom's 85th birthday. The only thing I wish I was aware of were the stairs (not pictured) to the upper floor were a bit much for us elderly (ish) women. The furniture is on the small side and not very comfortable. The living room is on the small side. But everything else was great. I would stay here again with more fit friends. The front garden/patio is lovely as are the white lilacs. So relaxing sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars. I love Manzanita!

Lovely just lovely

What a great place! We were very pleased with how clean this property was. The attention to detail was fantastic! They even had towels, baggies, and a covering for the dogs! The hot tub was nice on a chilly day. Location to Manzanita beach was so nice. Cozy beds and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were nice. This our family of 2 adults, 2 teenage boys, and two little dogs perfectly.

Great Family Home

We loved our time here over New Years weekend. Plenty of space for 5 adults. We really appreciated the comfy beds, hot tub and walkability to town. Would be glad to return!!

Cozy Getaway!

The home was very inviting, and there were yummy treats on the table for us when we got there. So sweet! It is in such a great neighborhood. While sitting on the couch, we could watch folks walking by with their dogs—that’s always a plus! The privacy of the fence outside was nice, too. The fireplace warmed the room quickly, and having the hot tub was awesome! We all went in several times during our two nights there. You really should book this place. You will love it, too!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Sea Shell. It was extremely hot, which is unusual for the beach, but we enjoyed ourselves. Property management team was super prompt and helpful with answering questions. They delivered an extra fan within 10 minutes of contacting them! Much appreciated with the hot temps. House itself was very quirky and cute. Fenced yard was a bonus for our pups. It was small, and the fence may need to be a bit sturdier for some dogs, but ours did fine. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Vacation Rental!

The house was immaculate and the location was amazing. We could easily walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and markets within a few minutes. If you are in Manzanita on a Friday, the farmers market is amazing and very close to the house. Communication with Jeffie before and during our trip was great. She even left a little treat at the house for our son who was in Oregon to compete in the Jr. Olympics! If you are looking for a beautiful, spotless, conveniently located home in Manzanita- look no further. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Oregon coast.
