    Wapato Point Resort Single Level, 2 bedroom 2 bath fully equipped condo located close to indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise room and across the street from Wapato Point Cellars Restaurant & Wine Bar. Less than 3 blocks to community sandy beach waterfront, boat moorage, on-site watercraft rentals, children's activity center, tennis & pickle ball courts and more.

    Hi-Speed Fiber Internet (100mbps upload & download. Up to 6 devices).

    NEW Kitchen Countertops installed Spring 2023. NEW sofa & loveseat replaced May 2025. Chair added in Primary Bedroom. Refer to updated photos.

    This 1250 square foot single level condo features the following:
    - Internet Access
    - Fully equipped kitchen with most everything you'll need for cooking.
    - Dining area with seating for 6, kitchen bar seating for 3.
    - Spacious patio with patio tables and lounge chairs
    - Living Room with Flat Screen TV/DVD and wood fireplace.
    - Bedroom #1 with King Bed
    - Bedroom #2 with 1 bunk bed (twin over twin) and 1 twin bed
    - 1 Twin roll-away cot available at condo
    - Bathroom #1 with Walk-In Shower
    - Primary Bathroom #2 with deep Tub/Shower
    - High Chair and Pack-n-Play available at the home
    - 6 Beach Towels, 2 Beach Chairs
    - Courtyard with extra outdoor tables, chairs and Gas BBQ Grill (propane provided)
    - Parking for 2 vehicles

    This home is privately owned and is NO SMOKING / NO PETS allowed. Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

    NOTE: This condo is available on a month-to-month rental basis between October 1st and April 30th. Please inquire for monthly rates.

The property is amazing! So comfortable and the view was wonderful. It felt like going home despite the wildfires. The master bed was the best one we have slept on that was not our own! Thank you for sharing this lovely home.

Heaven at Wapato

We have stayed in many units on Wapato Point over the years and this one was the best experience yet!!! The unit was immaculate, amazing layout, quiet & private but just a short walk to our boat and all the amenities. The beds were delightful. It was an amazing vacation.

This is a great condo! Clean, kitchen is well stocked and the king size bed is so comfortable. We always come back to this condo; one of the reasons is because Bonnie, the property manager, is so easy to work with and makes sure the unit is pristine.

Great location, responsive management team!

The location here was great; close to the beach, close to a great grassy area, and well maintained. We had a minor issue with one of the bunk beds and the management team was incredibly responsive in resolving the issue. We are looking forward to our next stay at Wapato Point!

Awesome family time

Enjoyed the stay, the house was clean and well maintained. All appliances are new, helped a lot with 2 kids. My kids loved the bunk bed 😀 The view from the patio is Serene. We will surely come back again.

Great Stay

We very much enjoyed Wapato Point and the condo was excellent. The location of the condo is perfect for a short walk to the lake and pool. You can also view the lake from the back patio and the grassy hillside is perfect for kids to play. Our kids also enjoyed the bunk beds and the numerous games provided. Lastly, we appreciated all the spices, coffee, and other amenities provided in the kitchen for cooking meals. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

It’s a beautiful home, well kept up and an amazing kitchen. We are all cooks so there was every pot, pan, knife, utensil, etc. that one could ever hope for. The layout of the home is excellent for two unrelated families. There are two distinct areas with bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. Our only “complaint”, if you can even call it that, is that it’s a fairly long walk to the beach. On the return trip it’s all uphill. However, golf carts are available for rental, and if you just factor that into the overall cost, it will make getting around much easier.
