"It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. "What a monumental disappointment. No bathroom in the room, no AC. Terrible staff. I mean she (or they) couldn’t care less that I was there. The person made Checking in seem like a giant inconvenience to them. Then when I asked about AC it was like I was a jerk for even thinking about it, never mind it was 85° out. "Better than expected considering the rate. Staff is very nice. The adjoining restaurant serves a lot of different "comfort" foods. Next door is a small market with great fruit and vegetables as well as a good beer and wine selection. The shower kinda sucks and the bed isn't something I would want to sleep on for a week."

"It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even...
