"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sitting on the patio in the back garden was very relaxing. It’s a quiet place to relax and unwind especially if on the go like we were for the days previous to our stay. Tenby doesn’t have uber and getting a taxi isn’t the easiest as services are limited and need to be booked ahead of time. Make sure you arrange transportation if coming in on the train, as the Inn is about a 20-25 min walk (quite a bit uphill). The walk to town is much easier and faster...

"Clean and well-situated. Staff were wonderful - very friendly check-in and great advice for our short stay in Tenby. The room had a small balcony offering a lovely view over the golf course and a nice place to enjoy a drink in the last of the evening sun. The beach and town were a short convenient walk away."

"A lovely little stay over. A small bedroom with en-suite bathroom which suited our needs perfectly. Marion was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend for short stays and would stay there again"

"Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. "The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. We had a room near the back of the property and it was quiet and peaceful. Having a carpark was a real bonus and the accommodation was in close proximity to the Pembroke castle which we enjoyed visiting. The breakfast which was included was excellent."

"There was a good choice of menus for lunch and dinner and plenty of choice for breakfast all cooked to a high standard. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The only downfall was in the spa area where the steam room was not open and the jacuzzi stopped working on my third day there. Other than that it was so good to be able to use the other facilities. The hotel is also located in a superb setting and is so peaceful!"
