Welcome to The Cotton House!
You will love the modern charm and warm touches this place has to offer.
Located 2 minutes from MSU College Campus it is the perfect location. Also close to many food options. High speed internet & netflix will make you feel right at home. Laundry is available on the main level for those longer stays. The garage is also for you to use for those Minnesota winter days. Thanks for considering booking our unique properties!

Very comfortable and visually striking place with lots of nice little touches (e.g., gorgeous hand towels in the bathrooms; premium soaps / toiletries). Kitchen was pretty well stocked with cookware and tools, though I would prefer a regular coffee maker to a Keurig. It was maybe a little dusty -- my allergies flared up after a day there, but I can't say for sure that it was the house, and everyone else in my group was fine. There was some difficulty / delay in getting the access details, but once I did everything went very smoothly.

Was a cute and quiet property with modern touches for a weekend away. The property had everything we needed for a 4 day weekend away. House is close to town to do things with being far enough to be quite. We loved the ability to be allowed to park in the garage. The property had comfortable queen beds and enough living room seating for us to relax in. Comfortably fits two couples with the two bedroom option. Downside of the property is both bedrooms are upstairs, but only one bathroom is upstairs and one is downstairs. Property could use more towels than just 4 as well.

This was the perfect place for my friend and I to catch up and check out Mankato. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was very open and bright - we even took away some decorating ideas f

Perfect location for our trade show at the Mayo Clinic Event Center. House is very clean and very safe neighborhood. Host was great and very attentive. We will be back for sure!

Our family traveled to Mankato to drop our son off at MSU Mankato. We were looking for a place that would provide more space than a regular hotel room due to the down time we would have throughout the two days we were in town. This property was perfect! We loved the cleanliness, being so close to campus, and the quiet neighborhood! We will definitely stay here again!

This almost brand new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home was a great choice for our stay. The two car garage came in handy for storing our bicycles when we weren’t riding them on the trails. We would definitely book this property for future stays in Mankato.
