"We are very impressed with the experience we had because our room was next to some very unruly neighbours and, when we brought it to the attention of the front desk, we weren’t really expecting much to be done because the hotel was pretty full. "Great service, friendly staff, convenient restaurant which made me a superb sandwich and serves Starbucks coffee. The room was very clean and quiet and I slept great in the bed. I'd stay here again without question. Just outside was the river trail with great river scenery, and a quarter mile or so to Riverfront Park and downtown. "Checked in on Sat May 16. Our 1st room toilet wouldn't flush. Took the top off & the latch inside kept coming off everytime you'd try to flush. Went to call the front desk, phone was unplugged. Then the buttons didn't work for front desk. Went down to ask for another room. 2nd room was same style room but the shower tub paint was literally peeling completely off as we were looking at it. Phone worked this time, called for a new room. They said all they have in the same style is accessibility...
