The space
Condo has 5-stay lobby and has its own mall (MPlace Mall). Very accessible & safe location.

From romantic fine dining to all-night clubbing, Mimi's unit is home to a wide variety of entertainment options! Whether you are in the mood to unleash energy or be low-key, this is a place for you!

Unit located at 19th floor. Best fit for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 3 guests.

BEDROOM:
- This is a studio unit with Queen sized bed. Foldable dining table and 2 mini chairs are available.

- It has Unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection. LAN cable available that is useful when working remotely.

- SMART TV with Netflix and YouTube.

- We have blackout curtains and fairy lights to set the mood at night connected to SMART TV.

- First aid kit and slim cabinet and iron for your clothes.

- Cooking is not allowed. Basic dining utensils are provided.

- Includes mini refrigerator, microwave, oven toaster, rice cooker and electric water kettle.

BATHROOM:
- Equipped with bidet and adjustable shower heater.

- We provide starter toiletries in sachet such as 1 soap, 1 shampoo, 1 toothpaste and 1 tissue. 2 towels are provided.

We also have mini bar in the unit where you can purchase some snacks, soft drinks, beers, coffee, face masks, mineral water, rice, noodles, etc. (Subject for availability).

IMPORTANT NOTES:
If booking for 3 guests, 3rd guest can only sneak in bed as we do not provide additional mattress and toiletries/towels. Extra pillow has a fee (subject for availability)

No visitors allowed. No third-party booking allowed. Please READ house rules to ensure we are good fit on your stay.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
In accordance to condo policy, valid ID and guest authorization must be provided at least 1 day prior check in to allow entry. Please provide the following:

1. Each guest must provide Valid government-issued ID (local guests) or passport (foreigners). Infants must provide birth certificate, baptismal or passport.

2. Each guest must provide age.

NOTE: Guest must surrender their government valid ID (except passport) in exchange of guest pass during their stay.

PARKING:
Pay parking at MPlace Mall basement (see listing photos for parking rates).

Parking rates are follows:
- First 2 hours: ₱60
- Succeeding hour: ₱30
- Overnight parking (1:30AM-6:00AM): ₱300 + parking hourly fee
- Motorcycle flat rate: ₱50 (for 24 hours / no additional overnight parking fee)

Parking entrance: Beside SaveMore / Infront of The Beech / Along Panay Ave.

SWIMMING POOL:
- Rate per head, per day: ₱150 for regular day and ₱300 for holiday per head/per day.
- Pool Hours: 6AM-10PM for adult and 6AM to 6PM for children (below 12y/o)
- Guest must pay at cashier office (Level 1-Tower D area) and get their coupon. (NOTE: getting pool coupon at cashier office is 9AM-12NN and 1PM-6PM only and closed on Sunday and Holiday. Half day on Saturday).
- Important: Inform your host BEFORE your booking if you will use the pool on a Saturday, Sunday and Holiday to see IF host can help arrange your access ahead of time. If failed to do so, host wont be able to assist you on using the pool.
- Only first two (2) registered guests are allowed to use the pool.
- Guests can only use the pool during their stay or upon check-in but NOT on the checkout day since slot is entitled to the next guest.
- Cleaning schedule: 1 pool is closed every Monday and Tuesday.
- Pool access/coupon are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-replaceable.
- No lifeguard on duty.
- Proper swimming attire is required. Please read pool rules and regulations that is located at the pool area.
