Front desk has no relationship with hotel residents. Upon my arrival at front desk, I was told that they had no information about me and it was non of their business. I was asked to call the owner of the building to get an access to my room. After 21 hours of flight and beign totally drained, I was left in shock. I had no idea whom the owner was or his or her phone number, neither did the front desk provide me with anything. I was told to go to my mailbox and get my key, well the mailbox was locked and the front desk had no keys, wow!!!.Then, Insettled down to spend the rest of the night.in the lobby. Front desk told me to.call EXPEDIA and wait for instructions. I tried calling expedia from the Philippines, that was a joke. Having been totally stranded, the front desk, had a change of heart. Someone was contacted and a text was sent to me on WhatsApp, that had my room information. I was roomed at 30j with no phone, no brochure about the place, Rest room bulb was gone, except for one dimlight, which was useless because you.cannot see yourself in the mirror. There were no food services or restaurants. One is asked to trek or drive to the mall.for food. I did a doordash equivalent called Grab. Twice daily. Room cleaning was the only thing that was up to par. Cleaning was every other day. That was fine and I did show my appreciation. Television was limited to old taped events, that is watched repeatedly, as there's no other way or options. My rating is ZERO. Cleaning TEN.
