Former farmhouse in a quiet village

This holiday home in Freyneux is a spacious 3-bedroom house located 1 km from the lake, with a capacity of 8 guests. This pet-friendly house is only 5 km away from the ski lift and 1 km away from the forest.

Visit the Manhay commune for its natural and cultural setting, vast forests and hilly country landscapes. Take walks around the forest or enjoy a bike ride. There is a public swimming pool 16 km away. You can find general supplies, restaurants and tourist information in the town centre, 6 km away from this house. Visit the Euro Space Centre, the castle in La Roche en Ardenne and the town of Marche-en-Famenne to explore this gorgeous area.

This house in Freyneux by the lake has a barbecue and a garden which is shared with owner. You can bring a maximum of 1 pet here, free of charge, which will be accommodated only if communicated in advance.

Note: Guests must always bring firewood

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Charming and Spacious

We found this VRBO to be very clean, spacious and charming! Our host was very kind and provided local dining recommendations. The location was perfect for visiting nearby Bastogne and LaRoche-de-Ardennes. The surrounding area was incredibly scenic! Wish we could have stayed longer!

netjes

Wij huren twee keer per jaar een huis om een aantal dagen te wandelen. Deze zag er op de site goed uit maar in het echt is het niet helemaal wat het lijkt. De douche geeft lauw water en als je in bad wil krijg je dat ook niet op temperatuur. Ik kon nergens op de site vinden of er een linnenpakket bij de huurprijs zat en had daar een vraag over gesteld via de mail. Daar heb ik nooit antwoord op gehad en na boeking bleek dat je zelf je linnenpakket mee moest nemen. Dit was op de boekingssite niet te vinden. Het interieur is een beetje achterhaald. In de badkamer zit niet eens een kap over de TL lichtbak. Wij vonden de prijs kwaliteit niet helemaal in verhouding. Het ontvangst was hartelijk, een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Het was schoon en de bedden waren prima. Het huis had een een mooie ligging voor wandelaars. Een route loopt zelfs lang het huis. Het is er heel rustig. In de omgeving zijn veel wandelroutes.

Chouette séjour dans chouette logement

Logement très sympathique, spacieux, bien équipé, logis, très propre. Nous n’avons par contre pas trouvé le lac. La région est très jolie également, belle découverte.

Landhaus in den Ardennen

Ein landestypisches Haus mitten in den Ardennen lädt zum Wandern und Entspannen ein. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt für Wanderungen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Vermieterin ist direkt nebenan und ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Waar voor je geld, mooie omgeving. Ardennen is altijd goed! Klein puntje van aandacht; er is weinig comfort in het huis. De bedden zijn klein en dunne matrassen. De zithoek beneden bied te weinig plaatsen voor het aantal mensen

Gite spacieux et propre

Accueil très sympathique, séjour spacieux et confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons passé un chouette week-end en famille.

Le gîte est dans un petit village on ne peut plus calme, maison spacieuse, bien équipée, propriétaire très gentille, cadre idyllique, superbe région pour qui aime la promenade, à pied ou en vélo, bref, déconnexion totale, un weekend parfait!
