Ideally nestled in the Mandelieu Riviera Resort holiday residence, just a 5-minute walk from the seaside, not far from the majestic Mandelieu-la-Napoule castle, the train station and a variety of restaurants, this apartment offers an unforgettable holiday experience. With its underground parking space, swimming pool, pétanque court, tennis court, children's playground, all the conditions are met for a most enjoyable stay. The apartment has a comfortable living room with a good quality 160 cm wide sofa bed to accommodate two additional people, a fully equipped open kitchen. a large bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and storage space overlooking the lake. The bedroom and living room open onto the magnificent terrace, the ideal place for memorable summer evenings with friends or family. The toilets are separate. Amenities include wifi and air conditioning. Upon arrival, you will find linens (sheets, bath towels, bath mats), toilet paper, shower gel bottles and a kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, multi-surface cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwasher and washing machine tablets).
A few minutes from the sandy beaches of Mandelieu and La Napoule and the Croisette in Cannes, you will be welcomed in a 6ha landscaped enclosed estate around a superb private lake bordered by a promenade, near the famous Golf Old Course Cannes Mandelieu.

The residence has a heated outdoor swimming pool of 575m² (depth up to 1.60m, open from 05/04/25 to 01/11/25 and heated from 10/05/25 to 20/09/25, with a pool and water jets for children, a solarium terrace equipped with deckchairs and parasols, a tennis court, a multi-sports ground, several pétanque courts, a children's playground.
