She gave us information about all of the food and entertainment options that were close by as well as informed about all the perks of the hotel. She answered all of our questions and she wore a smile the entire time. It was very welcoming!"

"What we didn’t like on Saturday night from 5-8 they closed the pool and my grandsons were looking forward to the pool after being at the beach and wanted to swim. We were very disappointed. They said they were filming for a promotion but why in a Saturday during prime time? "

"Well, not about the property itself so much. But I very much appreciated your staff's patience with my bringing the food I had brought from home so that I could join my family that we flew in to see at breakfast. (I didn't know in advance they would be having breakfast in the restaurant.)"

"We loved this place, it’s very clean and has nice spacious rooms with an added bonus of one side of the hotel having balconies with sliding doors for fresh air. We did ask for a room facing away from the ocean due to noise from the train and freeway and they accommodated this. "

"My first time ever staying here in this hotel. And let me say I loved it. I would totally stay here again when I come down on my next vacation. A little pricey but the rooms are clean and nice. Loved that there’s a gym open 24 hours and the pool opened til 10pm. Great service, the staff were amazing. The food was good !! I would 100% recommend to stay here :)"

"This place is really good value, location is very convenient, and it has everything you need. Quiet, comfortable bed, shower new and good water pressure, kitchenette with large fridge, parking. We stayed here to go to the Channel Islands National Park and it was very convenient. Restaurants nearby. "

"The lady at the front desk was amazing I forgot her name. She was very informative. My issues and it has nothing to do with the hotel is it was cold I didn’t expect that my son could not go to the pool that was a bit disappointing for him "

"Geneva and Leo were awesome and always ready to help us with anything we needed or asked about. We've been here 3 times and will be back. So many restaurants and breweries are so close most of it walking distance."

"I was so nervous about my stay in California, mostly worried about safety/location/busy-ness of things. I was SO pleasantly surprised!! Ventura was not the busy/crazy I thought it would be. The location and hotel were great! Literal 10 min walk to the beach, they kept the property very clean, actively outside cleaning up the parking lot, pool area. Inside they were touching up paint, sweeping. You would never guess it was a packed hotel, it was quiet (I was on the side facing an open field, not...
