LeVilla 573 is a beautifully renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4 condo.
Lower walk out unit. (No stairs to climb) Park right out front.
Very private with woods and a pond view. Step out back to cross country ski or snow shoe
Sleeps 4. Most ideal for a family with 1 or 2 children.
1 bedroom w/ KING bed(sleep number bed) private sliding door separates living room and bedroom for privacy.
Queen sofa sleeper in living room
WiFi
Living room and kitchen open with a 50inch smart TV with Spectrum Cable and streaming ability
It is unique for a one bedroom in Schuss to have a full-size refrigerator
and an oven.
Granite counter tops and a roomy bar space

The back patio faces the 18th hole of the Schuss course.
Within a few miles, there are 5 other very popular golf courses.

Included with your stay is a pool pass that gives you access to the Schuss indoor pool and hot tub (seasonal)

This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake, Charlevoix, and Sleeping Bear Dunes, just to mention a few.

***There is a special boat and trailer parking lot. Boats are not allowed in the condo parking lot***

We also have 571 and 576 so if you are looking for 2 condos close together, this is perfect.

All of our condos are professionally cleaned between guests.

Tiny cute villa

Property is a little hard to find. However, they have cute little blue chairs sitting on the porch which helps. The bedroom looked like the cleaning person didn’t finish the job. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work, and there was only a half roll of toilet paper. All in all it was a cute place to stay.

Great location, convenient for golfing, boating, rock hunting on Grand Traverse Bay, and visiting the quaint lakeside towns. The condo was neat, clean and comfortable with nice outdoor deck seating. Would definitely stay again.

Best stay!

My husband took this trip as an early baby moon, getting ready to welcome our 3rd baby. This was the best stay! Super cute, loved all the views and recommend restaurants. Host was super sweet and got back to you fast. Will definitely be coming back here!

Great stay!

This villa was a cute, very updated and walking distance to the slopes at Schuss (but a little easier for a 2 second drive with kids and all the stuff). Had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable and I’m picky! Gorgeous view out back to the pond and look out to mountain. Took us a bit to figure out the heating units and warm up but all good once we did! One indoor pool nearby, the Schuss/shanty property is big and spread out so may need to drive to a full service restaurant if looking for that. Even went to Boyne 30 mins away one day. Recommend this property for two adults or small family!

Little get away

The condo was very clean. It is small, but the amount of detail they put into it and the use of the space made it seem good sized! The condo was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Couldn’t have picked a better location to stay!

Lovely Weekend Getaway

The place was a bit hard to find at first because the main address did not match the lot address. We found it after driving around a bit. The chalet was very charming and well maintained. The bathroom could use a little updating, mainly the toilet, and so could the front and back porch areas. We didn’t use the pool at the lodge as it appeared to be vacant and didn’t have the most welcoming vibe. We were centrally located to Bellaire and Alden, two quaint towns that were absolutely adorable. Loved our time at Torch Lake Cellars, Traverse City and the Boyne Mountain SkyBridge.

Couples getaway

Gorgeous place. Would highly recommend and we are already considering a return visit. Quiet place. Specacular views from not only the condo, but all around. Great for evening walks. Room was very clean and organized. No complaints to speak of.
