"We met Michael at the train station and he carried my bag to my room!! Many many steps straight up to a beautiful room with a view of the Liguarian Sea. Paolo gave us a map, and basically helped us decide our itineary, where we had openings. He helped us get our hiking and train tickets purchased at a discount. Get in step climbing shape prior to coming. There are many steps in Cinque Terre area. Book a room with a view!!"

"The staff were so friendly and accommodating here. The breakfast was wonderful, with the warm mini pastries, fruit salad, and scrambled eggs made to order. The view was breathtaking and the distance to catch the bus was very convenient. There is also a mini market not far that sells the bus tickets for €1,50, along with any snacks, cold drinks, or fresh fruit. I enjoyed my stay here very much."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in an annexe and walked about 5 minutes to the main building. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is located quite far up the hill from the train station, so be prepared for a long, steep walk if that’s how you’re arriving. "

"Loved my stay at La Zorza! Super easy to find—right through the pedestrian tunnel from the train station and just a few steps uphill. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect since the entrance is tucked behind a restaurant and up a short staircase, but it ended up being a great surprise. I was traveling solo, and the staff kindly helped carry my suitcase to the room, which I really appreciated. "Great location, newly renovated modern apartment. Partial sea views. This apartment is self-check in, which if you follow the information sent is easy to follow. The apartment is up a very inclined set of stairs on the 5th floor. This can be a challenge with luggage and going in and out all day, however, the apartment was totally worth it. "

"I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless! The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport.
