The hotel is ideally located right next to, or perhaps even a part of, a large shopping mall where we were able to get to a variety of venues. It included many eating areas as well as higher class department stores and a large supermarket where we were able to purchase many snacks and even inexpensive clothing.
The staff at Four Points are mostly very friendly and courteous. There were a few exceptions to that however, but nothing to complain about.
Room stewards were great and did their room service very well and with courtesy.
The staff at the front entrance were exceptionally friendly and always greeted with a smile and help if we had shopping parcels.
A couple negatives are that the air conditioning in the room was extremely cold and would not adjust. After requests to the check in desk an engineer promptly came and adjusted the system. Nevertheless the temperature setting seemed to be erratic and needed daily fiddling.
Also inside the main entrance is a small seating area but the seats need a good clean. While they do not look dirty, the cloth coverings on the seats smell strongly of sweat.
Would I stay at Four Points again? Most definitely! While there were some things that could be improved there were many positives and the stay was very enjoyable.
