  • The lovingly furnished house with three bedrooms for max. 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, Weaver grill for outside, WiFi, a bathroom, guest toilet, a private pool, partly covered pool terrace (with darts) and a large roof terrace is only 200 to 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Cala Mandia, the families offers plenty of space for all activities in summer and attracts those looking for peace in autumn and even in winter. In the morning you can enjoy the light-flooded terrace very special. Through the windows of the living area you have a view of the blue pool reflecting the morning sun. The breathtaking beaches of Cala Romantica and Cala Anguila are located next to Cala Mandia beach and are also within walking distance.

    Our house, which we acquired two years ago, is located in the quiet residential area of Cala Mandia. Here 6 people can relax around the pool and on the large, shady terrace and enjoy the holiday. The 140 m² are distributed on the ground floor on a living room, which with the dining room and the kitchen (incl. Stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea maker), the guest toilet, the utility room with washer and dryer, storage room and balcony. On the first floor are three bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bedrooms are close together but separated by a door, a large bathroom, a large balcony, access to the sun-drenched roof terrace with great views of a nature reserve. Here you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. An off-road parking is also available.

    The house has been renovated. In addition to air conditioning in living and sleeping areas and new paint many new things have been added or renewed.

We enjoyed our stay at Felicita's villa. The location is quiet, around 10-15 minutes' walk from two lovely beaches, and some nice restaurants.The kitchen has everything you need, the barbecue worked brilliantly and we enjoyed some lovely meals together outside.The pool is fantastic and a good size for our family with small children.Felicita was very quick to respond to any questions via text which was very much appreciated.We would certainly recommend this villa for families looking to spend lots of time in the pool and at the beaches.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Finca. Man kann nichts anders sagen als: Traumhaft!Alles ist da was man braucht, man hat dort seine Ruhe und das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der Pool. Die Kommunikation mit dem Service Team war problemlos und auch mit Felicita konnte man schnell und nett kommunizieren:-)Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Frühjahrsurlaub auf Mallorca

Sehr entspannte Ferien mit noch wenig Tourismus auf der Insel. Die Unterkunft war in einer ruhigen Lage und alles was der Gast für seinen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fantastic escape

The villa was immaculate, everything we needed was there & more. Wine on arrival & a lovely welcome from our host. Plenty of sun loungers & a lovely roof terrace with stunning views. Just a short walk from two clean, sandy beaches with beautiful clear water to swim & snorkel. Would recommend to all families.

Short stay with friends

Nice to have the private and quiet space before heading back to Palma. Place is walking distance from the beach and close to some restaurants. We were there just before tourism season began so many of the shops and restaurants were closed. However, it was kind of a blessing to have the peace and privacy. Pool area was super clean and accommodating with chairs, tables and games. We spent most of the time hanging around out back.

Ich hatte eine traumhafte und entspannte Zeit in der Finca Casa Jumi!Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt – sehr sauber, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Besonders die idyllische Lage und der herrliche Pool hat mich begeistert.Die Gastgeber sowie das Team vor Ort waren super freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, sodass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt habe.Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Komfort ist, wird hier definitiv fündig.Die Finca ist definitiv auch für einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie perfekt geeignet!Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Wohlfühlfaktor von Anfang an

Haben uns vom ersten Tag an in der Casa Jumi sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch Andreas war super. Bei kleinen Problemen brauchten wir Andreas nur kurz über WhatsApp kontaktieren und schon wurde einem geholfen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Felicita und Armin war auch ganz toll. Sehr sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Gern wieder.

Fabulous 10 night stay

Comfortable villa with all the amenities you need for a relaxing time enjoying the sun and local area. Would recommend a hire car for ease but there did seem to be a good local bus service. Pool was a good size, kids enjoyed having a few inflatables. Roof terrace a great bonus for a morning coffee or evening drink whilst enjoying the sunset. 2 beaches in walking distance, another, Cala Romantica, slightly further away. Few bars, restaurants and shops locally. Small bakery 2min walk away, perfect for fresh bread and morming pastries. Had some lovely meals in Porto Cristo and enjoyed a visit to Palma. Would highly recommend to families and couples wanting a relaxing week in the sun, stress free!

Lovely villa in a great location

Villa is in a lovely location. The beaches are stunning and all a walk away. Villa has everything you could possibly need for a good holiday. Corinna was very helpful and make the check in very smooth. The Villa bedroom set up didn't meet our families needs as I have two teenagers who do not want to share a room, and one of the bedrooms are interconnecting which meant that my youngest shared a room with us in the adjoining room! The resort of fairly quiet with a few very good restaurants. Eating in was fine, although if you want meat you need to go to Porto Cristo as neither of the Spar sell any fresh meat. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely go back to the resort. Probably not the villa with both my teenagers, but if they had been younger I would definitely return as the set up with the bedroom suits a family with younger children.

Unbewohnbar im Winter

Schlafzimmer voll mit Schimmel . Heizung keine Leistung und das Haus kalt. Da würde man erhebliche Heizkosten haben die man ja selber bezahlt. BETTWÄSCHE war nass durch die Feuchtigkeit im Haus.Haus ist unbewohnbar im Winter. Wir sind sofort abgereist und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht die natürlich so kurzfristig das dreifache kostete. Da nützt auch nix das der Vermieter das Geld zurück zahlte.

Schönes Haus, leider in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr schön, folgende Details sollten jedoch dringend verbessert / erneuert werden: Tisch auf der Dachterrasse verrostet, Stühle z.T. verrostet, Sitzflächen gerissen. Badarmaturen z.T. verrostet, schimmlig. Fugen im Bad schimmlig. Türrahmen des Abstellraums feucht / aufgequollen. Pfannen nicht nutzbar, verschlissen und dreckig. Wir haben eine neue gekauft. Parken direkt vor der Tür ist nur mit einem kleinen PKW möglich

Kleine gemütliche Finka in Cala Mendia

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Finca! Sie war gemütlich eingerichtet und bot wirklich alles, was man für den Alltag braucht – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche über Waschmaschine und Trockner bis hin zu vielen kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machten. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlen konnte. Besonders schön waren die entspannten Nachmittage am Pool und die gemütlichen Abende beim Spielen.An Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war durchweg hervorragend – sie war sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und hat sich toll um alles gekümmert.Zwei kleine Hinweise möchten wir dennoch geben: Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte beachten, dass die Zufahrt recht eng und steil ist. Mit einem Wagen der Golfklasse ist das gut machbar – größere Fahrzeuge erfordern etwas fahrerisches Geschick. Und beim Check-out gab es leider eine kurzfristige Änderung: Obwohl mit dem Reinigungspersonal 17 Uhr vereinbart war, mussten wir einen Tag vorher erfahren, dass doch schon um 12 Uhr Schluss ist. Das war etwas schade, ließ sich aber mit etwas Flexibilität lösen – am besten klärt man solche Dinge vorab schriftlich.Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Finca.

Ruhig und komfortabel den Urlaub genießen...

...konnten wir bei schönstem Wetter im Casa Jumi. Die Besitzerin hat uns bereits vor dem Urlaub mit allerlei Informationen versorgt. So war es ein leichtes Ankommen und ein individueller, reibungsloser Empfang durch die Hausverwaltung. Die Küche und überhaupt das ganze Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir haben uns über zahlreiche große und kleine Handtücher gefreut. Das spart Urlaubsgepäck. Der Garten mit Pool bietet allen Komfort inklusive Weber-Grill und zahlreiche Sonnenliegen. Auf der Dachterrasse ist ein weiter Blick über die Landschaft möglich. Lediglich das eine Bett (Schlafzimmer mit Balkon zum Pool) war gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Matratzen recht weich sind und es bei jeder Drehbewegung wackelt. Die Lage ist super, da es am Ortsrand grün und ruhig ist. Bis zur 1. Bucht sind wir lediglich 10 min gelaufen. Mit dem Mietwagen sind innerhalb 30 min mindestens 10 kleine Buchten zu erreichen, die ideale Schnorchelbedingungen bieten und im Oktober nicht überlaufen sind. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

Schönes Ferienhaus, aber leider nicht wintergeeignet

Der Gesamteindruck war zunächst gut, ebenso die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin und dem Team für das Housekeeping. Das Ferienhaus hat eine schöne, ruhige Lage. Selbst im Winter waren einige der benachbarten Häuser bewohnt. Die Ausstattung mit Haushaltsgeräten, incl. Gartengrill war gut. Es zeigten sich innerhalb der ersten Tage unseres 6 wöchigen Aufenthalts diverse technische Mängel, die allerdings von dem Betreuerteam bzw. von beauftragten Handwerkern rasch behoben wurden. Leider wurde bei zeitweise kaltem und regnerischen Wetter deutlich, dass das Haus kaum wintergeeignet ist. Dies liegt an der ortsüblichen Bauweise mit kaum vorhandener Isolierung. Das Heizen mit einer Klimaanlage bzw. Elektroradiatoren ist bei Temperaturen um 5 Grad nicht ausreichend. Bei Dauerregen gab es in einem Abstellraum aufsteigendes Wasser, so dass wir 2 Tage lang mit Aufwischen beschäftigt waren. Insgesamt waren die Wände kalt und stellenweise feucht, so dass wir trotz Heizens kein gemütliches Raumklima erreichen konnten.
