  • Welcome to this spacious summer house for 6 people, located in the quiet and coastal area of s'Illot - Cala Morlanda.
    This beautiful house is located only 150 metres away from the sea, so it is ideal to enjoy a delicious breakfast at the terrace and then have a long walk along the impressive rocky cliffs looking to the crystalline water before you reach the sandy beach of s'Illot, just 600 metres away. After the beach, you can go back home and enjoy a succulent barbecue alfresco together with a glass of wine while the family little ones have fun at the garden area around the house. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

    The spacious interior surprises with its modern atmosphere but traditional at the same time, thanks to the modern building decorated with a varied furniture in both styles. The living-dining room is spacious and perfect to watch TV, relax on the sofa or maybe have fun with the little ones. The design kitchen is equipped with large countertops, induction top and oven, among many other utensils. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms with a shower in the house, and three bedrooms with a closet and air conditioning. One of them has a double bed and the other two come with twin beds. In addition, there is one baby set available.

    The location of the property is the best one for those who love the sea, and the dream-like beaches and coves because Cala Morlanda is only 200 metres away, s'Illot is about 600 metres away and Cala Rafalino is 750 metres away, among others. There are all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, grocery shops and more. Porto Cristo is also worth a visit specially if you are looking for a livelier place with more services, and you can make a boat excursion or visit the ancient Caves of Drach.

Excellent séjour.

Excellent séjour. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. La maison est propre, confortable et le jardin superbe. Tout est accessible à pied car la côte est aménagée pour pouvoir marcher et rejoindre plusieurs plages, des restaurants… nous recommandons cette location.

The holiday flat was very nice and spacious, and it had all the necessary amenities. The host was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly when we had a minor issue with the air conditioning. Booking with Vacalia was also a pleasant and trustworthy experience.

Nice house for holiday

Very nice and pleasant house to stay. Nicely decorated , spacious and beautiful garden. The host is helpful if needed. The area is quiet but not far from the main front beach and town with a path along the sea to walk. The nicest: very close to the beautiful cala morlanda for snorkling.

We had a lovely stay in s’Illot. Lovely house very peaceful setting. Nice and private garden. We loved are welcome gifts. Short walk to an idyllic rocky cove for a quick morning and evening dip and a slightly long walk (10mins) to a nice sandy beach which also has nice restaurants and bars beside it. Would really recommend this house.

Wir haben eine ganz tolle Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Der Eigentümer hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen und das Haus ist stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, was uns super gut gefallen hat. Man ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß an einer wunderschönen Bucht fernab vom Trubel. Wir können es sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen ?

Fácil acceso y fácil de encontrar, registro de entrada sin complicaciones. El lugar era exactamente como se muestra en las fotos y se describe. Un pequeño regalo estaba listo para nosotros como bienvenida y el propietario había dejado su número de móvil para que siempre estuviera disponible. Todo lo que necesitábamos estaba allí y nos sentimos cómodos de inmediato. La salida también fue completamente fluida y, si volviéramos a pasar las vacaciones en esta zona, este apartamento es sin duda una opción de nuevo. Gracias por la maravillosa estancia.

Highly recommandable.

The house is very nice and spacious. Location is calm, private and it is great startpoint to explore Mallorca. Perfect choice also for families with small children (the property has wall all around and we were able to enjoy free on nice terrace with palm tree). Close to the beach and town. The owner kindly waited for us at 1.00 in the morning. Fast responsive and not imposive. Highly recommandable.

FANTASTIC. The house is spacious, nicely decorated and with a big outdoor area. it is mich better than the pictures! it has amenities as described with the essentials you need for a short stay. host was responsive and helpful with local tips. the place is 3 min away from a marvellous (rocky) cove and you can also walk to a sandy beach (ideal for children) 10 min away. a car would be recommended to explore further the area. cot and high chair available if you travel with children.

Heel fijn huis. Voelt privé en vrij. Rustig, aan rand van het stadje. Zee op loopafstand. Rotsbaaitje in paar minuten, waar je zo in zee bent. Nog een heel mooie met stukje strand erbij, als de zee niet te wild is op een paar minuten meer. En in het centrum een groot zandstrand. Prima restaurantjes daar ook. Huis is heel fijn en ruim. Ruim voldoende handdoeken, prima matrassen. Keuken heeft alle voorzieningen, waaronder een goed koffieapparaat. De host was super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Goede tips en dacht met alles mee. Wij komen graag terug hier!

Our stay in the house was very good

Our stay in the house was very good. This is a quiet residential area so a car is highly preferred option to reach the places around and do some shopping. Equipment is in perfect shape and small technical issue that has appeared with washing machine has been treated and solved immediately. The owner is a highly attentive person and makes you feel welcome with small local presents. House is big, comfortable for 6 people and with a lot of attention to small details. We loved our stay and would recommend to book. Closest sandy beach is around 600m as described by a nice walk around cliffs, a lot of other beaches reachable by car.

Wir haben 7 Tage im Haus verbracht und sind rundum sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden gg. 20:00 Uhr freundlich vom Eigentümer empfangen, bekamen eine kurze Rundumtour und erhielten sogar eine Leckerei als Gastgeschenk. Das Haus war blitzeblank. Alles war gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Lage ist sehr schön. 2min Fußweg befindet sich die schöne Bucht „Cala Morlanda“, die man jedoch mit Kleinkindern kaum nutzen kann, aber schön ist sie. Der Ort Sa Coma liegt direkt nebenan, hier befindet sich ein schöner Sandstrand. Ein Ort weiter befindet sich dann das schöne Cala Millor, auch mit super Strand.

This place is stunning

This place is stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with mountain views and the beautiful garden. The three bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable (although too hard for some). The wall shower didn't work in one bathroom which meant sitting down in the bath with the hand held shower, this ended up meaning 6 women were using one bathroom for showers so we could stand. The water ran out after 4 days but this was sorted out VERY quickly on a Saturday eve. The walk into Soller was a relaxed 20 minutes but you could do this quicker, it's really easy and pretty much flat. Lots of shops and restaurants. Two cute cafes up the hill in Biniaraix are also worth going to. A few amenities would have made our stay easier, such as more toilet roll which ran out very quickly and washing up liquid etc, which we had to buy. Outside there were only 4 sun loungers as one was broken and there should be 6 to accommodate everyone. However, we loved it here and I would book again!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Wir haben die Unterkunft genau wie auf den Bildern und Beschrieben angetroffen. Die Reservation/Abwicklung war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Haus war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Ein grösserer Strand und eine schöne, kleine Bucht liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Ausserdem gibt es diverse Restaurants und kleinere Shops in Gehdistanz. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Alles verlief reibungslos und es war wunderschön! Der Vermieter des Hauses war sehr nett und jederzeit für Fragen offen! Die Kommunikation auf englisch war auch sehr einfach. Das Haus war sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet! An dieser Buchung gibt es nichts zu verbessern!

We couldn’t wish for a better stay! Many thanks to our host - we felt very welcome and comfortable (we even got a big basket of local oranges to enjoy fresh juice every morning). In case we had any questions, we got answers really quick. The house has everything you need to spend great time with your family/friends (full set of kitchen equipment, nice hammock area in the shade, grill, several dining areas). A wonderful cove is located in 5 by walk which is enjoyable both if you like cliff jumping or beaches, and just extremely picturesque. Thank you again for such an amazing vacation :)

Eine richtig tolle und extrem große Wohnerfahrung, die ich dennoch nicht unbedingt jeder Person empfehlen würde. Pros: + Hammer schone Räumlichkeit + Riesig + Mehr als sauber + total freundlicher Vermieter + viel Platz in den beiden Gartenbereichen + total ruhig Cons: + Jahreszeitenbedingt war es etwas kalt, auch in den Räumlichkeiten + die Riesenküche lädt irgendwie nicht zum Kochen oder Herumlungern ein, hat aber echt viel Potential :-) + das Umfeld ist jetzt nicht der Hammer (nicht die Nachbarschaft!! :-). So hatten wir Probleme, Restaurants zu finden (nein, wir sind keine Geniesser); auch empfanden wir die unmittelbar nah gelegenen Beaches als wenig einladend + ohne Pool könnte das im Sommer sehr heiss werden Also nicht falsch verstehen. Eigentlich ist das ein schöner Ort, aber mit gewissen Einschränkungen, die aber nicht auf jeder Person so auch zutreffen müssen.
