"our booking included free parking for Trucks and RVs, but even in our small 7 M RV we were rejected and forced to pay additional. Also, the WiFi did not work. "Location is central and enabled us to walk everywhere! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Im only not giving it 5 stars because even though the rooms were spacious and comfortable, they are very stuffy and humid. Honestly it smelled like mold. Our room had no windows so it was very dark even with all lights on. My daughters’ room had a balcony so it was well lit but despite that, it was still very stuffy. "I’m in love with this hotel. I had the most peaceful experience I have ever experienced in a resort. Staff is so nice and friendly they approach you here and there which is great to ask if you need any drinks or any food. I loved the private beach and the pools are so beautiful. "The only thing that they lacked is the fact that its a VIP accommodation but there are not VIP upgrades. I got there at 10am and the receptionist didn’t attend to my request saying the room wasn’t available. I checked the night before to see if i can book it and it was available. Therefore, my Expedia reservation and status wasn’t recognized by the hotel. Ismael, Gerson and Francisco the reception were very welcoming and helpful.
