This Cozy 1 bedroom 1 Bath condo Pet friendly Located a short walk from Eagle Lodge Ski area, don't worry about parking just walk across the street and enjoy access to chair 15 where you can enjoy a day of skiing.

Maximum Occupancy: Summit#285 can accommodate up to 4 guest.

Bed Arrangement: Enjoy a good night sleep in the Master Bedroom King size bed (New mattress 2025) and the living room has a Queen size Sofa sleeper bed, there's also a twin blow up mattress in the closet.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen has all updated appliances and equipment for your convenience. This unit has a remodeled bathroom with separate vanity area. For those cold winter days, the wood fireplace is available for your use. The living room has a brand new flat screen T.V. and a DVD player with free WiFi and cable.

On site amenities: Walk over to the recreation room and take advantage of it's amenities, Recreation room also comes equipped with internet service, coin operated laundry, a nice relaxing reading area, take some time and relax in one of the couple Jacuzzi's the complex offers which are open year round. The pool is open in the summer only also for your enjoyment are the gas barbecues located in the pool area and an amazing gym to get your work out in either early in the morning or late at night. They also offer a pickleball courts and equipment.

Don't forget the convenience of the shuttle stop right across the street taking you to The Village or Old Mammoth Rd.

The location was good and within a mile from a grocery (Vons) and a couple miles to downtown area. It was clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked and had updated appliances. The bed was comfortable. The living room could use more lighting (only one floor lamp). The hot tubs/spas were murky and the two near the main pool were lukewarm. We did appreciate having guest pickleball paddles/balls for courts right next to the unit. When we contacted management (left messages and stopped by the office) with any issues, they were quick to respond. It would be easier if they could simply send instructions to get in the property with the keyless entry rather than having to stop by the office about 3/4 mile away. We were not told by management where to get the key to the spa/pool areas, but found out by asking other guests. The instructions to amenities in the unit could include better details as to where/how to get to amenities. We didn't use them, but it took quite awhile to find the laundry room in a different complex (Bradley). Some tennis courts and another pool were being renovated. Overall it was a handy, nice place to stay for a bit.
Bedroom - use opened windows and used a fan to cool it off more at night.

4 out of 5 stars. This property was close to restaurants, gift shops, coffee, and lakes. The office girl was super nice! Check-in and out was easy! The unit was cute. It came with pans and utencils for cooking. There was enough pillows and blankets to feel comfortable. Only cons, the tv was a little slow on the first day. Also, there was only one jacuzzi open when we went and it was a bit dirty so we got out right away. I will say the unit looks better in person.Overall I would stay here again.

Perfect Condo near Eagle Lodge

Great clean condo, clean, and warms up quickly. But it is stone tile floors almost everywhere (except bedroom) so it can get a little cold when the heater is off.

Good place for 1-2. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen for its size. Good Wi-Fi and cable service. Close to parking. A few minor maintenance issues include a flickering light, a wiggly kitchen faucet, and a window shade that is stuck in the down position.

Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this condo with our dogs in the month of June. There are several paved walking paths are a short distance from the door. We appreciated the ice trays provided for ice and the fully stocked kitchen. We have several food restrictions and this makes our lives so much easier on vacations. The condo is a short distance away from hiking trails that we took advantage of. Parking was really simple and the door code access was really convenient for early morning dog walking when I'd forget the key every dang time while groggy. The rental management was wonderful to work with. I look forward to our next stay with them.

Thanks for a nice stay.

Coming to Mammoth, besides the condo being close to the action, our teenager appreciated the Playstation, basketball game, and the dart game in the condo. The condo is small but clean, tidy, and spacious enough for 3 with easy parking and on-site amenities. Would stay again.

Mammoth did not disappoint!

Quiet and clean. Great location. Parking garage is downstairs, but there is a parking lot ( off Meridian)where you can easily unload your vehicle and avoid the stairs.

Great place next to ski lift.

I gave it a 1 on check in not because of this particular property but vrbo double booked me at two different places for the same dates. The manager at this establishment made it easy to check in. Very nice setup for skiing comfortable and underground parking made it easy to get from vehicle to unit. Walking distance to ski lifts a definite plus.

Perfect access to Eagle - great for couple or small family

Perfect. Front entry is about a .5 mile walk to the Eagle lodge (Google Map where the gym/main building is for this complex, and that's where you're at). Eagle gives you easy access to beginner terrain, and relatively quick access to intermediate and advanced. A short drive to the city/main restaurant area. Parking can be horrible at Mammoth Mountain, so even if you don't want beginner terrain, I'd recommend leaving the car behind and still walking to Eagle Lodge, then hitting 25, 9, or cruising to Canyon. Parking was easy, check-in was easy. One of the couches and the bed were both very firm. I LOVE THAT My wife, not so much, so if you need a soft mattress, be warned. Like any condo in a mountain town, if you check in late, it will take time to heat up. Be warned. It's like this in EVERY condo, so just have patience. Kitchen had all the necesseties (no blender, but not expected), appliances were modern. Clean and spacious enough for couple or three people/small family. Plenty of closet space and room for boots. Oh, the unit is on the first floor, but a one-flight walk up from the garage, so if you have trouble carrying bags, you may want to take that into consideration. To get to the mountain, you exit on the same floor your door is.

Very cold, poor heating

The place itself is nice, location is great, check in process was easy. The big issue for us was that there was no central heating and it was very cold; there were a few space heaters that didn't work well and turned off every 15 minutes for about 30 minutes, so we were up all night switching out the heating. There is the option of a fire place, but that doesn't work for us due to allergies. Based on the description saying heating and fire place as two separate amenities, we thought heating meant central heating, not a few dingy space heaters. It was very cold and uncomfortable, but I could see this place being great with better heating or if you can start a fire. The mammoth reservation management was very rude unfortunately, but VRBO staff was very helpful.
