This was a great condo. The location was perfect. It had plenty of room for our guests that joined us. We appreciated all the necessary items there for us to use: kitchen gadgets, dog gates, bbq, fans, shuffleboard etc. If I could ask for a couple things it would be a shade in the kitchen window, squeegees for showers, and some cleaning sprays for counters. But besides that we had everything we needed! We’ll be back for sure!

The Best in Mammoth

We've been coming to Mammoth each summer for 30 years, staying in many places (some much more expensive) but none has matched this terrific place. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, the location was perfect, and the property managers were very helpful. It was a great vacation and we'll be back next year!

Great property

The property was located in a great location. Close to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and shuttles to take you to and from the mountain. The property was clean and well kept. The snow was cleared from all areas needed to make coming and going effortless. I had a great time with friends and family.

Fantastic Stay

We had an absolute perfect stay here. The place was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious. It had everything we needed to cook and the location is great - the shuttle stop is right in front of the complex. Plus, the team was so helpful and had great communication. We can't wait to stay here again.

Awesome Condo!

The photos do not do the condo justice. It is large enough to easily fit two families. The linens and towels are super soft and amazing. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Nice 3-story condo, conveniently located to all.

Early sixties grandparents had a hard time with all the stairs, especially that first flight was really steep. Other than that the home was beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed and was the perfect location for us. We switched between going to the Lakes and the Mountain, so the central location was great. We took walks to the creek, shopping was nearby, and the Minaret Road noise wasn't too bad after about 10:00. We had a mix-up with the reservation that NoMadness Rental Service couldn't accept, so I'm angry about paying for a night I didn't use, but this is no reflection on the beautiful, comfortable condo. Recommendation: start bugging NoMadness to give you the passcode to the front door about 3 days before your arrival, they seem to be quite incompetent.

Family & fur babies 4th of July getaway

This condo retreat is very nice, so comfy... We had 5 adults & 2 dogs... great accommodations, great having an extra restroom on the main level and the kitchen is well equipped. Beautiful landscaping, pool & jacuzzi(s).

Spacious and beautiful

Four adults, three teens and our doodle had a real good time. The property is spacious, quiet and very well equipped. The dining table fits 10 easily with the available extension pieces and folding chairs. The trolly stop is right across the street, it’s a five minute car ride to Eagle and the trail system for walks and bike rides is right there as well. The condo is light and bright and was nicely decorated for the holidays. We will be back for sure.

Great Place To Stay

All and all this was a great place to stay and it accommodated my family and friends perfectly. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the fact that the coffee maker did not have the coffee pot. We searched and searched every drawer and cabinet. Needless to say we had to make trips to the local Starbucks instead of making coffee in the condo. Please make sure this gets addressed for the next guests!

Great stay

Second time staying in this unit. My only complaint from last year was that the unit had slow WiFi. I am pleased to say they have upgraded and now have great WiFi! Everything else has remained excellent—from cleanliness to supplies to great management service to work with. Thanks again

Perfect place for family

Family of 6 and a dog. We loved the property, location, and pool. Enjoyed are daily adventures and evening chill at the property. Plus a close beach cruiser ride to town.

Great condo, but poor wifi

Wonderful remodeled condo. Pictures are accurate. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of supplies. My code didn't work to unlock the door, so I called the property manager. They were very courteous and got me a new code very quickly. It is about a 3 minute drive to Eagle lodge and a 6 minute drive to Canyon. My only gripe with the place is the incredibly slow wi-fi. It is a shared network line with the rest of the complex. I use ATT wireless, and I always got between 1-2 bars of reception, so not great either. I was up travelling w/ friends, so it wasn't like I needed to be on the computer or my phone. But if someone in your party needs a connection for work, etc, just know that there are some major limitations regarding connectivity.

Perfect place for family vacation

This house was a perfect hub for a summer getaway to Mammoth with my in-laws. As 5 adults we had plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was more than stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the whole place was very clean, and we loved the pool! I'd happily stay here again on our next trip to Mammoth!
