Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club #94, 2 bedroom Dog Friendly

Two bedroom fully furnished condo with two full bathrooms that has been recently up-dated with new: carpet, heated flooring, kitchen counters and bar.

Located off Canyon Blvd. During the summer months the mountain bike trails, up-town and down-town are accessible to the property.

This two-bedroom, two bath condo is great for up to 6 people and your pet is welcome. There is a marked, guaranteed parking space in the garage and it is only 7 steps up to the condo.

MAIN LIVING AREA – Living room has a new 75" Smart TV (works great with Apple TV, as well), queen sofa sleeper, comfy chairs, games and books, warm gas fireplace stove on a thermostat. The condo has been remodeled with heated floors in the entry/kitchen/upper bathroom, new carpet and furniture.

THE DINING AREA has a table and 6 chairs. There is a private deck off the dining area with a table and two chairs, and views of the mountain and village gondola.

THE KITCHEN is fully stocked with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, baking pans, all sizes of cooking pots, pans and serving dishes.

FULL UPSTAIRS BATHROOM with heated floors, combo bathtub/shower, built in hair dryer.

FULL DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM with heated floors, built in hair dryer. In this bathroom, the toilet and shower/tub are separate from the sink area.

TWO BEDROOMS DOWNSTAIRS – Master has a king bed and flat-screen TV. | Second bedroom has a queen bed and twin trundle beds. There is a curtain to provide privacy between the two sleeping areas. This room also has a flat-screen TV.

On the property there are two indoor year round Jacuzzi’s, with one dry sauna, plus recreational room. During the summer months you will find a heated pool, tennis courts, horseshoe pits plus a basketball area. There are also community BBQ’s located around the property.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx. ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Coziest Place We Have Stayed at in Mammoth!

Everything from the layout to the furniture is extremely cozy and inviting. We couldn't figure out how to get the downstairs to warmer, but the heated floors really do work and the place overall was great to stay at and we look forward to staying again in the near future.

Great family getaway

Location was quite, clean and close to the village. We found our unit to be spacious, clean and enough amenities to keep the whole family happy and engaged. Close to the village so we could walk and only a few minutes to all other attractions.

The condo is cozy and has a well stocked kitchen. Steep 10-15 min walk to ski area

Overall “good”. The Condo is cozy and a short walk from the complex hot tub. The person at the office didn’t know how to determine if the condo was ready for us to go in which made for a bit of a wait. It’s close to the ski area but you wouldn’t want to walk in ski boots. The TV stopped working after the first night. We didn’t make the effort to get help from the office.

Great location

Hard to beat an affordable place right next to Canyon. Had a couple things break on us, but the management company was responsive when we let them know. It would be a nice to have in the future if they upgraded the doors to keyless entry, one less thing to have to worry about.

Good location. About 10 minute walk to Canyon Lodge/ski lift. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Kitchen stocked. Pillows on the bed could be upgraded. Overall we would stay here again.

Great spot with well stocked kitchen!

We really enjoyed our stay here. No problems with the internet with 4 people on doing school and work at the same time. Kitchen had almost everything needed to make cooking all meals easy.

Well appointed condo right next to Canyon Lodge

Well appointed condo with a great kitchen— perfect for a 2 night stay for my family. Drove and walked to the resort for skiing— not a super short walk, but easy to manage when we had skiers leaving the condo at different times on Friday morning. Definitely would stay here again!

Nice condo conveniently located to Canyon Lodge

This condo has a lot of good qualities. It has spacious bedrooms with TVs, fully stocked kitchen, covered parking, and it's close to Canyon Lodge. There were a few hiccups with our stay; the master bathroom cabinet door broke at the hinge, we weren't able to turn on a couple of the upstairs lamps, and we had trouble adjusting the thermometer. Overall, we were happy with this condo and would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Mammoth.

Perfect family condo!

We had such a great experience! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prep a meal. The furniture was super comfortable too especially after a day of skiing. We loved the large second room downstairs too! Over all a great place to stay!

Summer family getaway

The condo was very nice and newly decorated. It is the most well stocked rental property I have stayed at. Cook ware was high end and had all the kitchen gadgets that you have at home including a blender for protein shakes.. Beds were comfortable and the property felt spacious. Especially liked the BBQ and picnic area close to the condo.

Our condo was very homey, updated, and well appointed. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved shooting hoops on the basketball court, with surrounding spectacular views. All in all, a great experience for our family. We would choose this condo and property again.

Great location, new carpet!

I stay at Mammoth Ski and Racquet pretty often and this was one of the nest units I’ve had there. New carpet is hard to come by in this building so it was a welcome sight. Great spot with two full best rooms separate from the common areas upstairs. Highly recommend!

great spot near canyon lodge!

Great condo with comfortable beds for our Super Bowl trip! would have been great for families too. Walking distance to canyon lodge and its right off the ski back trail. Garage parking was a nice feature with the weather and multiple hot tubs were easy to get to. Great friendly staff too!

Nice place, close to the lifts, just about everything you need in the kitchen.

Place was clean and well kept; walk to the lift. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking hardware. Felt cozy and plenty warm down stairs in the rooms and the Living room. The Mattress/bed could have been better but that would be the only negative thing I could say.
