The condo:n

Spacious, renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath in the heart of Mammoth Lakes! Sleeps 4 with 1 comfy king bed and 1 queen Murphy bed. Steps from the green line bus stop that takes you through town, the village, and to Eagle lodge. Walking distance to restaurants/nightlife including Rafters, Jimmys Taverna, Roberto’s, Nik & Willy’s, etc. Private WiFi, easy self check-in with keypad locks! Bring your dog too!

DOG Friendly :) I do ask that guests use the supplied vacuum to clean up dog fur, and please use the provided furniture covers and blanket bed cover. Pet Fee - $25 per stay up to 2 dogs. No Cats sorry.

LOCATION - In the heart of town but set back from main roads, very quiet and peaceful.

The shuttle ride to and from Wildflower to Eagle Lodge is about 5 minutes. If you have a car you can also drive and park at Eagle.

UNIT INFO - Everything you need

Wildflower 21 “The Shady Rest” is a spacious (800 Sq ft) 1 Bed 1 Bath with a good layout. It is a ground floor unit, there are no outside stairs to enter (great when you are lugging lots of gear or heavy bikes). It is a corner unit with windows so it gets great morning light in the kitchen and great afternoon light in the living room! The kitchen has updated appliances and everything you need to cook a great meal.

BEDS
Can sleep 4. There is a comfy king bed in the bedroom and a new queen cabinet Murphy bed in the living room. The cabinet Murphy bed has a firm memory foam mattress and so much better than any pull-out sofa! No bars in your back!

FANCY FEATURES
The Living room features a 55” 4K flat screen TV, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Blu-Ray player as well as a cozy, wood burning fireplace. There is also a 50” 4K Smart TV in the bedroom and we’ve got like 150 DVDs (mostly action;) on hand so snugglefest movie night is a def. The Wi-Fi is free and about 30Mbps speed, plenty fast enough to get work done.

WILDFLOWER COMMON AREA OFFERS:
An outdoor/covered shared hot tub and sauna is available year round a short walk to the unit. There is a changing room at the pool area so you don’t need to worry about walking back to unit all freezing wet. A great heated swimming pool is available in the summer months. There is also coin-operated laundry facilities on-site and parking is available right out front of the unit (2 cars max). An outside Storage/ski closet on the unit’s front porch is available for guest use.

Great stay for a midweek getaway ski trip. Small hiccup getting the door code upon arrival but Mike was quick to pickup his phone and got us sorted out. Small quaint condo with everything you need. Left the thermostats where we found them and just used the wood burning stove for heat at night. Skied all day and slept like a champ. Thanks for the stay.

The condo was ground floor which is fantastic in town. My husband loved building a fire everyday and the bed was EPIC. The owner is getting back to me with the mattress topper so we can get one for the house. We will definitely be back.

The place was great! Loved the location and the condo itself. Our little Aussie came with, and the whole complex was very dog friendly. And we appreciated the couch and bed covers for the little guy. We used the sauna and hot tub. This was a quick trip for us, but I would definitely look to book this place again on a return visit.

This place has a lot of miles on her. Carpet pretty much worn through in places. Furniture ok but shows a lot of ware and tear. Baseboards splintered and torn off in places. Several windows will not open to air out the strong smell of Fabreeze. We should have brought our own towels and wash cloths, the ones in the unit are pretty rough. We had a good stay, good area and nice people in the surrounding units, the place just needs some TLC.

Great Condo. Accurate description. Would stay again.

The condo was as described. Very clean. Easy access. Great location. Perfect for bringing a dog. Very nice set up. Enjoyed my evenings sitting on the deck. I would definitely stay again with or without my dog. My dog was so tired at the end of hiking and swimming that he didn't even acknowledge the dog hanging out on the balcony above us.

The property was very well located within Mammoth Lakes and the development was quite clean and well cared for. The home is a bit older than what I expected but was clean and worked well given that we were travelling with our two dogs. The community has a nearby shared pool, hot tub and grills, which we used. Mike, the property owner, was quite responsive to questions and requests via text message.

In Town Condo

This condo was perfectly fine for a couple with dogs. No stairs! We all enjoyed relaxing on the patio and a nice easy walk to town. Condo is comfortable and well equipped. Nice and quiet at night. Would recommend.

Conveniently located

This condo was so convenient to our daughter's house, but also to everything in town. It was super clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Couches were comfortable. We didn't use the cabinet bed, but it's there for an additonal person. It has a nice little balcony and it's on the groyup floor so no ned to carry heavy things up the stairs. We will be back to this one since it just a very short walk to the grandkids!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

My 10 year old son, 2 dogs and I stayed for a few days and we LOVED it! The condo was close to everything and super cozy and welcoming! We will 100% stay again!
